My fiance ordered a pizza and sub from here, and they had it marked delivered on the Doordash app when it clearly wasn't. So we looked at our neighbor's house and low and behold, our order sitting on the ground covered in ants already. Well we couldn't leave it on our neighbor's porch, and we can't bring ants into our house, so we of course threw it out in our dumpster, and when we called them and told them the situation, they said for us to dig it out of the bottom of our dumpster with it being covered in ants and all to return it to them as if what we said was a farce to get free food... it's a pizza and sub, it's not breaking our bank account to make up a story ?. This will be our first and last time we order from here.
Tried to surprise my lady with Sals because she hadn't had it in a long time. I placed my order online and paid with card. When I arrive the little hostess just asked to me to sign my receipt then handed the food over. I get home only to notice the toppings on my pizza are in the very middle of this 20 inch pie. Who makes pizza like this? Then I realized they gave me a salad that I didn't order and was missing something that I did order..so needless to say this surprise is over for my lady. I called back to let them know that I had just left there 20 mins ago and that lil hostess turns the phone away to tell whoever that I left an hour ago and my food is wrong. Are you serious?? After I drive all the way back to Sals, they remake the entire meal(no point in taking cold wings back home) and I look through everything this time, and see that they gave me ranch sauce (and I said no dipping sauce) and they only gave me one marinara(which I asked for extra in my order). I couldn't believe the guy tried to tell me it was almost $1 more for extra and told me that I asked for it and didn't pay for it. Excuse me!! You all have inconvenience me and I paid $60 for some mediocre food and left a cash tip and yet you're still trying to charge me for your screw up? If that lil hostess had been doing her job, she would've known that she needed to let me know that there was a charge for extra sauce but she didn't say anything. She was outside when I arrived and back outside before I left the 1st time. She let it be known that it was 830 and she was clocking out. Nobody in this establishment cared about how they've inconvenienced my night because it seems nobody wanted to do their jobs. I have never had such a horrible experience like this from anywhere. Definitely will not be coming back.
Ok so I was waiting for my 2 slices of ? and BBQ wings in my car . Because it was hot in there right...The wait was going to be a short wait ,next thing I look up the guy that took my order is bringing my food out to me, I thought it was the nicest thing that a worker would do..Normally they would shout out food ready or wait until you come back in..Sal's Pizza gives you #carservice , Thanks Sal's
the pizza was cold under cooked. the wings were not crispy or finished. the garlic knotts were hard and unappetizing. wish i could give it 0 stars.
I guess this is a chain restaurant because the way the pizza is made is inconsistent. This chain should lean heavily into the word "style" for their NY pizza. I ordered an 18" cheese pie, and the crust was both dry and undercooked. If you're going to call your restaurant NY pizza, at least have the decency to make real NY pizza.
On a cold ugly night after a long day at work I decided to order pizza and a couple sandwiches. Placed my order online got a call shortly after to inform me they were out of the soda I ordered. That never happens most places would just throw whatever in the bag!My order arrived very quickly and was absolutely on point! Pizza was fresh and hot, sandwiches were awesome even the fries were hot!
Constantly underwhelmed with this pizza. It’s undercooked and tasteless. Garlic knots taste like donuts. Recommend going to Spaghetti Eddie’s right near here
One of the WORST pizzas I’ve had in a long time. Dry, tastes like yesterdays pizza , sold to us. There are way too many competitors in the area to get a bad pizza. This place is hit or miss. You can get a great pizza but lately, they’ve been bad. Tried to support this location, but this is my last time. Called yo speak yo manager, but no one in duty. I very seldom leave a bad review, but this pizza wa terrible. Save your money and go elsewhere!!
The pizza was okay but the cheese fries were disgusting! They were grease logged with weird cheese that just broke apart and gross fake bacon.
Great food, great service. Will definitely order again!
