We love this Sakura Sushi restaurant! First of all, the location is 5mins from where we live. Once you try, you can’t deny that the food quality is so good (fair price for the sushi in comparison with everywhere’s else) , plus they often offer new items in their menu, never feel boring with the same taste of food here. Whenever you sit down, the waitress will bring you a free small cucumber salad and a pineapple ? smoothie ?. One more thing I give them 5* because they seems to be the only who stay open(dine-in) late. Highly recommended!!!
My wife and I have gone here every Friday for the past year. We look forward to it as every time we come in they treat us like family and have since our first few times coming in. They always will give you a free small pineapple smoothie when you order and usually a free volcano roll with your bill. Food comes out at a reasonable pace and is delicious. It is nice to see a family building up a business, every month we notice something new from wall art to plates to menu items. If you love to support small family owned businesses then support them. They deserve and have earned it in my personal opinion. Love them and love the food.
What a well done place! The food was soooo yummy, the service was great & the price point was right on. Generous flavorful portions & we even got some delicious complimentary Cucumber Salad & Pineapple Smoothie! Definitely will come back. Thanks for the nice late lunch!

Where to start? A Japanese Restaurant playing Korean pop music. We ordered food and asked for no onions in my wife’s (food allergy).They said hers takes a while to prepare. Mine came out l, but hers took another 5 minutes to come out. When it came out, it had onions on it. So we told them to take it back and not bring her anything. They came back a few minute later with another that didn’t have onions, like they were proud of it. If the first one took a long time to cook, how did another one take a short amount of time? Also the plates have chips on them. We were very disappointed.
This place is seriously SO AMAZING!! Not only is the food exceptional but their customer service is top notch as well!! Who else greets you with a fresh pineapple smoothie and then spend over $20 you get a free sushi roll!!! First experience here and i will be back every time i come to Virginia!! WORTH EVERY PENNY
The food was good and the hospitality of the staff was great. The complimentary smoothie was very tasty as well. The issue we had was with our server which seems quite odd after reviewing the other reviews on this establishment. Maybe he was having a bad day or he was new but he was very forgetful. Had to repeatedly remind him of things like to go boxes and that we were ready for our check. We could barely hear him and he seemed somewhat disconnected and this made it hard for us to communicate effectively with him. Otherwise we had a good outing at dinner with our friends.
I originally did to go but we ended up dining cause wifey was tired. Made me feel comfortable about the change. Loved the servers, top notch genuine service. I felt bad that I asked if they could cook the Salmon extra since my wife is pregnant. Super understandable and while we waited they gave us some stuff to try for the wait. Sushi tasted fresh. Always checked on us.
