There was only 1 server for the whole restaurant. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks. The manager only came out to talk to a table because they complained about their food.I felt so bad for the server. She was overwhelmed. The manager should have helped her wait on tables.

We ordered burgers well done they came back with the burgers TWICE NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY!! No apologies just I will take it off your bill. A plain and simple thank you would go a long way. Also we waited over 30 mins for our food and not once did the waiter ask how was the food or could I get anything or ask for a refill. Bad employees they deserve 0start April 7th, 2022

Ribs tender and flavorful. Salad bar fresh and plentiful. Drinks always refilled. Bread could be improved but overall excellent.

Had lunch there ordered a ultimate crispy chicken sandwich described on the menu having bacon cheder cheese lettuce tomato onion pickles & honey mustard sause but what I got was a small over cooked piece of chicken & 3 pickles on a bun. Wil not go back

Service terrible. No refill on drinks my shrimp over cooked. She never asked how good was. Sorry she needs to work where she doesn't deal with customer service. We won't return

It does not deserve even one star. There is no way a place that also has been there that long without being some sort of money operation or something else is going on. Went in with a table of eight last night and every order was terrible, the mashed potatoes had this thick leather like “skin“ on top of them. My hickory bourbon chicken was maybe 4 ounces and dry with a small little clump of unseasoned steamed broccoli. Due to my grandmother liking the place for some insane reason I have had to go there several times through the years and each time is worse than the last. The place still looks like it’s stuck in 1995, you could.not pay me enough to go there again.

Our server Shay (spelling could be wrong) was outstanding and full of energy. We will definitely be back and ask for her to be our server again!

I eat at Ruby Tuesday regularly and generally get one of two meals so I know how it should be served. I got the chicken broccoli pasta which is supposed to have a Parmesan cream sauce and it didn’t it just had a little bit of melted Parmesan cheese. I ordered it because they did not have any sirloin‘s which would have been my preference today. I am very disappointed because I was looking forward to coming home and having this meal. Ruby Tuesday is hit or miss one day you’ll get an excellent meal at the next day you’ll get a bad one. I hate throwing money away. I don’t mind paying for something as long as it is good.

DO NOT ORDER Ruby Tuesday for Delivery FROM GREENBRIER!!! I will be totally honest we ordered 2 half rack of ribs and the new Philly Cheesesteak Burger both people who had them were quite pleased so that’s good!! now the NOT SO GOOD i ordered a baked potato and the chicken quesadilla the baked potato was greyish brown on the inside and you could tell the potato was quite old and and probably reheated, the Quesadilla looked ok from the outside but the chicken was Dried out tough and way over cooked. When I spoke to the manager Genica she told me “That yes the Baked Potato was probably old n reheated then she explained the chicken in the quesadilla is made early in the morning and left out to be added to the quesadillas as they are ordered, following this she then informed that it’s not their fault the food was over cooked because I bought it from a 3rd party so they Ruby Tuesday is responsible for the food it’s the delivery services fault she did not have an answer for me when I said how did the food get over cooked n dried out, I’m guessing UberEATS took it somewhere and overcooked it!!! So BOTTOM LINE DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM RUBY TUESDAY because regardless what happens it’s not Ruby Tuesday’s fault it’s the third party delivery’s fault??? It’s very sad for Ruby Tuesday not to take any responsibility it’s automatically the other company’s fault!!! So BE CAREFUL If you ORDER RUBY TUESDAY for DELIVERY regardless what happens it’s not RUby Tuesdays fault!!! Even when they admit they sent out Old FOOD?? So please Be If you want them to deliver it BEWARE!!!!

Haven't been to Ruby Tuesdays is 10+ years. Went today for the salad bar at my friends suggestion to hold us till our dinner reservations this evening.The salad bar was gross. Food everywhere , and what was in its spot, was very little, and not one employee passing thought that was a bad thing. We opted to not get the salad bar. And I will choose to pass for another 10+ years.Our service was great... only reason for the second star.
