Called 12:12 p.m, was left on hold until 12:19 p.m. i was the only car In the curbside slot. During my call I stated that I wanted to order my birthday meal over the phone and that I will be in the curbside slot. The lady said my order would be done in 5-10 min. No one came or called. I called again at 12:49 p.m to see what was going on just to find out the order has been sitting there. Food cold , not even an sorry for the wait.
Very disappointed. Manager don’t seem care or listen. We pay full bill that on meal we didn’t eat because was nasty.
We have eaten here many times, but this last was terrible. The food took forever to be served, and when we received it, it was cold. I had black curly hairs on my burger [more than one]. We asked for additional orders of bottomless fries, they took so long that we ended up paying and getting ready to leave. The fries came out as we were walking out the door. Asked to take them to go but they didn't show up, so we decided we had wasted enough time waiting and left. They were not busy at the time, looked like maybe 5 or six seated tables when we walked in. We had two small children with us and were seated in the bar, even though there were open booths in the back of the restaurant. Overall terrible time and wasted our time and money. We will not be returning to this location.
Was a 30 min wait I believe due to lack of staffing there were plenty of tables open. Service was good the waitress forgot my water but it looked like she was bartender and waitress so I didn't want to complain she was doing good for what she was given. The food as always was great I get the banzai burger it never let's me down. I do wish they would bring back the wedge salad since I am trying ro eat low carb that would be great. Overall good experience.
Delicious as always! Though there was a crowd (it being a Friday and 6pm no surprise there) I was able to place my order online with no problems and the rest of my party place theirs inside at the 2Go counter with similar results. The only issue was that they ran out of fish but was able to offer other items for my party to choose from that they found just as delicious. Service was fast and the staff friendly and attentive. 10/10!
always great burgers, always great servers
I'd like to leave a review of commendation to Daniel and the manager working this evening. I had ordered my food from door dash and unfortunately, received the wrong order. We came to the restaurant to return the food, but they went ahead and recreated our order due to the mishap. This was not Red Robins fault by any means, but they went above and beyond to make it right and we are so grateful. Thank you for your understanding and generosity.
To be fair... the food was really good. Perfectly prepared, on time, really really delish.The main reason I am rating 1 star is bc of our waitress. She never refilled our drinks....NEVER. When we requested extra napkins, she brought our table of 5 four napkins. Luckily, my grandma had some tissues in her purse.Then after our ONE refill of french fries for the kids and Grandma ....we NEVER saw her again. Maybe she was abducted at work... but I didn't see anything on WAVY TV 10 about an abduction at Red Robin Chesapeake Square.We waited about 25 minutes for our check then saw another table use the little computer/game console on the table. We asked them how they did it and the lady helped us do it.We will not be back. The only reason we went this time was because Grandma really wanted to go. Even she doesn't want to go back. Now, that's bad when Grandma doesn't want to go back...
I love Red Bobins but this one not so much. The person in charge of sitting people kept say 20 mins but no it wasn't waited 40 but he still telling people 20 mins as they come in. If your busy that's no problem but people don't always have time to waste sitting their because you can't staff your restaurant sitting around 4 other tables that aren't cleaned up and took another 15 mins before we even saw a server. Which no problem with the workers they where wonderful but because your have a great staff is no reason to make the few great workers suffer and do everything.
Had a regular burger, patty a little thin, but good an fries had to much seasoning, but they replaced them. With a smile otherwise I did enjoy my lunch there.
