The boys had him for their birthdays
Bartender/server, white lady with glasses, God awful! Brought no napkins or silverware. Didn't offer refills on items that have free refills. Ignored our table multiple times even while being directly asked for assistance. Threw out my leftovers instead of bringing a Togo tray like requested. All on my birthday no less so I would hope someone fires this terrible worker asap! Will not be returning....However I have to give props to the cooks for absolutely amazing food. If only the cooks were in charge of customer service as well then this experience wouldn't have been so horrible. (Update) Customer service reps did reach out to me to offer a fix to this issue. I will revisit but at a different location than the first to try this again. Details and rating to follow.
This Red Robin was amazing! The staff was so friendly and let me tell you about how those burgers hit different! They were so good I could have went back for a refill on my burger if that was a real thing. Our appetizer was great and the whole experience was on point! Kudos to the staff and hats off to the cook for making our late night dinner delicious!
Bottomless fries.. fried pickles... courteous staff and overall good time. .. and they have turkey burgers ya'll
Me and my family have always had a great experience dining at RR. We’ve enjoyed a few bday parties here as well. It was a treat to have a RR across from where we lived. The food is always hot when we are served and wait staff were always attentive. Love the wonderful service.
Why have curbside if you always have to go in & get your food? 90% of the time they don't answer the phone. Other than that their food is amazing. I do think the fries could use an update though. Are steak fries really that popular?
First time eating at a Red Robin and I'm not impressed. The fries were soggy and undercooked dripping with so much oil there was a pool in the bottom of the basket. Burger was mediocre. Good enough but not for the price. Basically I'm glad I had a gift card

Update: Even worse than last time…. Food was cold, and the burgers weren’t right again. My orange cream was poorly made. Burger was Supposed to be Well done… Just couldn’t get the burgers right for us. Even remade the burgers and still had a lot of pink! Didn’t even offer a discount for messing up twice! Only thing that was nice was the waitress!
