They told me to pick up my food at 8:45pm, when I got there the food wasn't ready and the Manager act like he was concerned but he wasn't. When I ask him how long would it take to prepare the food and he walk away. I didn't get my food until 9:30pm and I didn't get everything I paid for and when I called them in the morning they told me that there's nothing they could do because that's the Evening shift. I'll definitely would not support this company ever again.......
My daughter and I stopped at Red Lobster after our trip to Norfolk. My co-worker lost her mom, so we had to attend the viewing. We stopped for dinner, and it was delicious. Our waiter was the star of the show! Mr. Randall was so accommodating and friendly. He were so blessed to have him as our waiter. Talk about customer service. The other staff were friendly and helpful as well. Thank you!
Two of your employees decided to come to Waffle House after their shift and dine and dash on me, on a $60 tab. Very disappointed. Will be calling the store tomorrow
We just had the most delicious, fresh meals we've ever had, no joke! Our waiter Kevin was such a delight! Loved him!?
Our food was hot and delicious. Our waiter was very attentive.
It was a slow night yet several tables around us were littered with dirty dishes. The waitress was attentive and checked on us. The food was very good. The lobster bisque was great by far.
Lunch-dine in. Service was great, Lunch, I ordered Walt's shrimp fried, broccoli and coleslaw. Shrimp was great, broccoli was dry and cold, asked for butter and when it came, the broccoli tastes worse. The coleslaw was just nasty. I paid 12.99 and only ate the shrimp.
Long wait to be seated, once we were seated it took a long time to get service, I had to ask the hostess if we could get a waitress. They didn't have salad,mozzarella sticks. Chesapeake square location needs improvement.
The wait time was a little long but i was okay with that. Took them almost 20 min to even ask us for drinks then another 20 mins just to get the drinks. Needlees to say I had the same issue with the actual food order as well. Food was mediocre, should have better for the amount they charge The best thing on the table all night were the biscuts. Not enough for me to be returning to this particular location. Highly recommend going somewhere else for better service.
The restaurant is obviously still trying to regain its footing after months of enforced shutdowns, and there were no lobsters in the tank at the door, like in the days before. That said, the food was good, and more importantly, the service was outstanding.
