We arrived in the drive through to be told the they were selling no fish or shrimp, we adjusted our order to ask for tenders and were told that no tenders were available. We readjusted the order to order a three piece dark with beans and rice, iced tea and lemonade mixed with an order of beignet's. Surprise...no beans!, no iced tea or lemonade and no desserts at all!! I cannot make this uo!! Throw the whole Popeyes away!! I will not ever return to this location. ?

Went here after church with the family. Not to many Popeyes in the area. We ordered the 16 piece family meal. It came with a healthy amount fries and red beans and rice. The 8 biscuits were amazing as always. Fed 6 people on this meal so it's hard to complain about the price. Food was extra fresh but we did have to wait about 15 minutes when there were only 3 cars. I would definitely come again even with the slow service. The food tasting great and fresh is really all that matters.

I go here for the convenience, but they never have anything that you actually want, you always have to settle for something else. Today No shrimp again and No ice for your soda. I do give them credit today for the food being Hot.

I was pretty relaxed when I was told the menu was limited so I order within what was available. However I did not receive what I ordered.I ordered a 8 pc family meal which comes with 8 pcs 1 large side and 4 biscuits. I received 5 pcs, 1 large side and no biscuits.Terrible.

I ordered two of Popeyes new fish sandwich after asking if they are spicey. They are like the chicken I was told so I ordered two. I paid 10.01 and drove off.I bought sandwiches for a 600pm dinner at 300pm. Kept them warm in micro and heated on low in oven prior to leaving for dinner location.At dinner seating, sandwiches taken out of carrier and individual bags. The individual bags had fish designs whereas the carrier bag had chickens. The sandwiches were chicken sandwiches NOT fish. I could not take them back and may have been overcharged.I’ll will be checking any further purchases before I leave any Popeyes.

Absolutely no sense of urgency. I was the third car online and it took over 10 minutes to get my meal. Even though when I pulled up I was right at the voice box. Even listening to them talk on the inside was embarrassing because they were completely confused about what was needed and where it was needed. I have dealt with this location on and off when I crave Popeyes for the last 10 years and I know it isn't just with this location. All their locations are like this. But this one is probably the worst one in my area. At this point Papa is either needs to shape up or just closed down. The only reason I go to them is I like the black and ranch

they are always out of chicken or shrimp just close I hate that this is the closest one to my house. who does the ordering it literally happens everyday

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My brother and sister came to this location on 2/8 to get food for the family. They stated they only had a total of 9 chicken strips in the restaurant claiming everything else was frozen. Upon arriving back to the house my sister discovered hair inside of the mashed potatoes before she could open the lid. When they returned back to the location they were told at first that a refund could not be issued, but after speaking with the manager my brother and sister were able to get their money back. Good service is hard to find and unless you like hairy mashed potatoes I'd suggest you steer clear on this location.

I stopped even trying at the battlefield Blvd location because they always take forever and ALWAYS get the order wrong. I thought I would give this location a chance and ordered a family meal on the app. I pulled up to the window and they said "before you order we only have regular chicken, no meals". I said I ordered on the app, they said you'll have go try to get your money back through the app. So they've got my money tied up and didn't give us any food. The app said allow 48 hours for a response and the 1 800 number isn't taking calls. Never going to popeyes again. What a shame, because the food is good.
