I ordered the 3 pc dinner box with fried okra and corn on the cob. When I tell you that this chicken was hot, fresh, AND seasoned! I'm glad I don't live in the area because I'd visit this place on a weekly basis! The staff was nice as well! Oh, I don't have any pictures to share because I ate it all! DELICIOUS!

The chicken was as expected, average. Not especially flavored, but also not overly dry. The potato salad was surprisingly flavorful despite its plain appearance. The puffs are mystery to me, I fail to see the appeal of a plain fried dough ball, with or without the honey. Not a biscuit, not a roll, not a doughnut, Not impressed.
I called wed nov 3rd at 635 to ask about an allergen. I wanted to see if the puff bread had any traces of peanuts in them and although the staff member and I couldn’t exactly conclude if it did or not he was so thorough! This usually never happens to us.. he told us he was unsure and had someone check behind , he even asked if I could give him an example. When I say traces it usually confuses people because the product doesn’t actually have a peanut in it. He was awesome very thorough and even told us he thinks we should call back in the morning to confirm with his Manager. It was amazing how honest he was and I’m glad you have people who work at pollards who are honest and don’t just say yes because there is no actual peanuts in the product.
The best chicken tenders with hot sauce and honey mustard, my wife loved the fried chicken also.

First time back here in a while. Somewhat disappointed. Lots of yelling between staff members. The bun must have changed as it was really bad. I believe the tomato on the sandwich was frozen. Lettuce was old and had to be taken off. Not nearly as good as I remembered.
Consistently poor customer serviceAnswer the phone, as if you are bothering them. Leave you on hold for 5 + minutes whilst talking to each other (gymuesd they don’t have a mute button). Hang up on you after leaving you on hold for 5+ minuted. Enter the store with three customers in it to be told we busy, sorry. On other occasions I have called and the phone is busy for 15-20 minutes straight. Have driven to the store to order and been told they don’t know where the phone is. What? You lost the phone,and it happen to be left off the hook? If I owed this Resturant I would clean house. Food is good, but I have experienced poor customers service more times than not when attempting to order.

Very tasty as usual. Got the chicken livers. My wife and I were more than satisfied.
