My favorite Panera sandwich is their chicken salad sandwich. Unfortunately, they are cutting back on the salad portion of the sandwich. What you now get are two thick slices of bread, a tomato slice, a piece of lettuces and a table spoon portion (scoop?) of chicken salad. They put the salad in the center of the bread so when they cut the sandwich in half, you end up with very little chicken salad in each half. Will not order again.

This location is probably the worst Panera I've ever experienced. I've lived in the area for almost 4yrs and they have NEVER gotten my order right, and that's not an exaggeration. And these aren't any special or customized orders, just their normal menu items. Tonight I ordered a salad and some of the main ingredients were missing, including the chicken. One time the driver drove right by our house (I was tracking the delivery and waiting on the porch because it was significantly late) and never delivered our food. He updated the app saying he did, but didn't and just went home for the night. Then when I called the restaurant because the app showed it was delivered they told me their delivery driver went home for the night and I could request my order be delivered the next day or drive to the restaurant and they'd remake my order. Everytime it's something. I usually give them another try every 6 months thinking maybe there's new people working and this time it will be better, but it never is. I know mistakes happen, but never a correct order in 4yrs tells me there's a bigger problem at this location.

Order your own food. Pick up your order at the window. Try to find a clean table. Get your own drink. Bus your own dishes. And they have the nerve to ask for a tip.

During the pandemic panara became a grocier in order to remain open. what now? Underhanded cheating businesses like panara and walmart could remain open but church and small businesses had to struggle. Some lost everything.

The curly haired man with blue eyes Gave me a dirty looks. He threw a loaf of bread at my elderly companion. (Panera bread for reference)

The place really wasn't at the level of stand I would have expected at a Panera Bread. It was quiet. Some of the staff seemed irritated to be serving people. It just lacked the higher level of service and expectation of a high end restaurant that Panera promotes itself as. Maybe I caught it on an off day. I'll visit once more to re-evaluate.

First, I want to acknowledge that this is a “first world problem”…that said, for as successful as Panera is, one would think this would not be an issue…had an early shift today and took my lunch break at 10:15, just in time (so I thought) to grab some breakfast (Panera is my fav for breakfast) and was disappointed with the inability to order breakfast at 10:20 when it’s advertised as “available before 10:30am”. Tried to order online for curbside pick up then switched to in-store pick up…both to no avail. The breakfast menu options were grayed out. Gotta do better…if there is a “cut off” order time, it would significantly help.

Most of the meal was perfectly good. But they put unripe, cheap white box tomato slices on my Frontega chicken sandwich, including the stem area. For a sandwich that's basically bumped-up caprese with extra ingredients, I expect good tomatoes.I've come to expect this elsewhere but Panera's whole brand is supposed to be that you don't need to worry about such simple quality control issues. Ownership/management should ensure better quality ingredients for an $11 sandwich.

Dirty & disgusting. I dined here on 11/18/21 & knew as soon as I stepped in that I should have walked out. The floor was sticky & the bathroom was dirty. I purchased the half sandwich/half salad combo. The sandwich was the Turkey with bacon. The sandwich was so cold. Not just the turkey but the bread and everything on it. The bacon was undercooked and appeared to be very old. The sandwich was absolutely disgusting and not edible. Moving on to the salad...old greens that were turning brown, two small pieces of chicken that was again, extremely cold and rubbery. Food was absolutely not fresh. Had the line not been so long, I would have taken back to the counter & asked for a refund. Never again will I return.

They forgot a couple bagels in my baker's dozen order but offered to correct it the next time I came in. They were super nice about it and gave me extra ones for my inconvenience. I appreciate the customer service to make things right.
