My fiancé, sister and I walk in to grab some dinner and had to find someone to take my sisters order because she only had cash. Found the first lady who seemed decent until the next lady came up. Not only was she eating and be unprofessional she was very pushy and snappy. My sister wasn't quite ready to order. When she was the lady was very rude, snatched money from my sister, and aggressively gave my sisters change back. Which made her very uncomfortable. I go to pick up window to grab my food and my finances food was ice cold. Like actually had frozen bits in it. I asked them to remake it and it came out extremely hot and it was literally the same bowl heated up. The plate it was on was even hot. No one warned me of this. Overall the food wasn't worth it and night shift needs to re evaluate their customer service.
This Panera has been really hit or miss in the past. I always double check my order is correct before I leave because I've been shorted items before. But when they're good, they're really good. They're pretty good about fixing things when they do go wrong so they've got that going for them at least, you just have to tell them otherwise they probably don't know something is wrong.
Love coming here for the soup! Since it's a food chain the menu is always the same. Just good to have good staff and food available. Never had any issues or running out.
I came here before and I have ordered this dish before, but this was not good at all. It was cold and bland. And the cook in the back pushing orders out was rude. I dropped a ridiculous amount of money on this meal. Never again. You’ve lost a loyal customer.
Would be 0 stars if that was an option. First, you have to place your own orders. I am a customer, not a cashier. Second, I orders a toasted bagel with butter. They served it but I had to add the butter myself. I am a customer, not a chef. Third, I ordered a hot coffee. You have to pour your own coffee. Again, I am a customer, not a barista. Fourth, the WiFi doesn't work. I ham having to write this from my mobile hotspot.I am paying I premium price to dine at this restaurant opposed to home, yet I have to do all the work in preparing my order. Get real. Don't come here.

Worst lunch ever. Got it delivered. Soup cold. Sandwich was cold and there was hardly any meat on it. Then they threw a hunk of bread, unwrapped in the bag. Never again.
The last two visits my latte sucked. Where's the coffee? I won't be back. I literally paid for ice and whipped cream. The last time they gave me water and espresso, no sweetener, no ice... ITS A CARAMEL ICED LATTE. No 3rd strike!

Great service, great food! Only complaint is they shouldn't allow "work" in here. Came for lunch & there were 5 tables of people with their laptops & briefcases with just a cup. Line was out the door & there was no where to sit and eat. Same thing happened last week when I came for breakfast. People need to be more considerate of holding up tables for their free wifi. Wouldn't be so bad if they sat at the highchairs & counters. They need to do reserve seating for laptop people in certain areas & certain times. Both times didn't get a table to sit at so had to take it to go. Disappointing.
