This location is usually very good but today I could only give them one star.First of all the food was not good .1. They didn't get my order correct.2. The rice was very under cooked.3. The vegetables also were also were not prepared properly, raw and not cut properly.4. Waiting for the order after going through the drive through was fine. But the person who brought it to me basically dropped in the window and walked away when I asked questions about the order.5. When we got home and opened the small boxes and discovered that they were all most empty.Every organization have bad days I'm going to give them another try to see if things get better before I give up on this location.I'm looking forward to give them 5 stars again after my next visit.
This is one of the busiest, most understaffed restaurant I've seen. The employees are constantly running around trying to keep up with walk-ins, drive thru, and food delivery apps. On top of packing all those orders, they have to keep cooking the food so they don't run out, charge every order and try to keep their patience for everyone's special requests. With this in consideration, I wouldn't blame any deficiency on the staff, but the owner. Why can't you hire more people, is your pay competitive?
I used the drive through. The Staff was rude taking the order. They were out of some items. At pick up window that person was not friendly. I asked for sauce and he said it was In bag and closed window. Had 3 meals and 1 sauce. Had spoons and no forks. Broccoli with beef is just that. All Broccoli and hardly any beef. Check your bags or better yet, go elsewhere.
This location has always had a problem with temperature/quality, but post-covid/great recession they're really sufferingThis week they had no forks, knives or soy sauce. Always either the rice or noodles are old and tough.
Came through the drive through afterwork this week in the evening. The young lady on the microphone talked over me so much it was rude and she didn't give me what I asked for. I requested two meat entrees they were out of what I wanted so i opted for something else. She gave me literally 1 teaspoon of meat for each plate and all broccoli. It was a waste of time stopping and a waste of money. If you don't close until 9pm you should have enough food prepared or close earlier. I eat here alot during the week i am extremely disappointed by the service lately.
Disgusting.....there was a cricket in my food and when I when there the lady said that when she made the food there was not cricket, she didn't see the plate one's.so never coming backIn the end, the guy give me my money back but Ewww disgustingLike 0 stars
Food is delicious, can never go wrong with Orange Chicken. -1 because delivery/drive thru is usually backed up.

I arrived in the drive thru at lunch time. There were seven cars ahead of me and it took a total of 10 minutes to get my food. A little long on the wait time, but the food was delicious. A heaping portion and hot.
Don't understand why food is never done 3rd time having to wait 25 min or Lil longer for food . Its always 6 other cars waiting as well . Always ask for certain things to be separated due to allergy of shrimp. 2nd time doing that .mixing up food . By time were home look its mixed up n all . Call back no answer . Overall food there good .
