Came here for lunch on a Saturday and had a few substitutions in our meal. Mel, our server, was wonderful from start to finish. She was friendly, efficient and made sure everything was right. The food came out quickly and everything was delicious.Would recommend this location and also definitely recommend Mel!! She’s easily the best server we’ve had at this location.
Good food , poor service, server checked on us once. Refilled my water and never saw him again. Good thing you can pay at the table on the computer or I would still be waiting. I'll eat elsewhere next time. I noticed that me and my wife were the only white people eating and were the only people not getting good service. The other tables were getting drinks refilled continuously, getting to go boxes, it seemed as if they were catering more to the black people and ignoring the 2 white people. Something to think about before you eat here. I saw it with my own 2 eyes. Maybe our waiter was that way, maybe not. This is my review and I stand by it.
I wouldn't recommend this location. Did pick up and had to wait over 35 minutes for my food to come out. Had to call them to bring it out! Food was cold, no napkins and forks/spoons in the bag. The soup was watery with no flavor. They should do better. I'm not sure if I would return to this location. I probably won't. Wish I could give it zero stars.
Pretty good service and with soup and salad you never go wrong. Just their phone it's too loud.
The staff was amazing! Their add on and take home menus are great. The quality is still just as good as it has ever been. Still top class when it comes to servers! They have all been well trained. Thank you ?
I haven't dined here for approximately 4 years. I was pleasantly surprised with the hospitality I received. The young lady whom served us (2 adults, 3 kids) normally works evenings and we have received the most wonderful service from her. Thank you!
My husband and I came to eat here for lunch since we had a gift card. When we arrived they had a 15 minute wait which was fine. Once seated it took 25 minutes to get our waters and a whole hour to get our breadsticks and salad. We both understood that they were busy, our server was extremely nice, but very slow. Her section seemed to be the only one that was suffering when it came to the wait. When our pasta arrived it was delicious, but sitting in Olive Garden for almost 2 hours felt a little ridiculous.
I had to give at least one star to post. This was the worst ever starting with the drinks I ordered the Italian Rum Punch it was super sweet like nothing I've ever had before and without the Rum so I sent that back for a glass of wine which was great until I realized there was something stuck to the inside of the glass which makes me stick just thinking about it. I didn't want to make a big deal the waitress bought me another glass of wine this one was fine.So I ordered Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara buy the time I got it I was just ready to go I tasted the shrimp and pasta and it was good I got home heated it up and the chicken was almost raw needless to say I threw the whole thing away raw chicken can really make u sick. I will never go back to Olive Garden even.I SAY GO AT YOUR OWN RISK ??
Absolutely horrible service!!! We took our family of 5 out to eat here tonight for our daughters 12th birthday. Our server Maria was absolutely atrocious and very bad at her job. We ordered drinks and they took 20 mins to reach our table. Our food took and hour to get to our table, while we sat and watched 2 tables be seated next to us 30 mins after we were seated. They received their food and beverages before we did and left, while we still hadn’t received our food. I will never eat here again nor recommend anyone else to eat here either. Completely DISAPPOINTED!!!
Great staff and food. A little cool for our comfort. It seems about all restaurants in the area don't really cater to customer comfort.
