What happened tonight? We waited to order so our server could go to the bathroom. We waited for salad and no breadsticks. We asked and were told they were coming. We finally got dinner and still no breadsticks. We got a basket at the end of our meal with 1 each (5) and were told enjoy because this is as good as it gets. We also were told take out orders were getting all the breadsticks. After we were done and waiting on dessert, we were offered another basket and declined so the table behind us could get some with their dinner. We don't mind waiting because we know things have been crazy but Olive Garden, what's going on? 1 bowl of salad, 1 breadstick and 25 minutes for dessert? Tell your guests what's happening if there's an issue. Another table got breadsticks after eating and boxing to go. Another 15 minutes and those were their 1st ones!! 2.5 hours total of waiting and eating and actually eating was 20 minutes or so. Very disappointed.

I usually always have something good to say about Olive Garden, but this is not one of those times. A friend and I went expecting a good experience like we usually do. They were on a wait which is understandable it was dinner rush and the weekend before Valentines Day. We were told 30-45 we had no complaints about that. It was just 2 of us. An hour went by an we finally got our table. Still no complaints about that like I said it's a weekend before valentines day an dinner rush. We get seated an you know with in less than 5-10 minutes you get greeted. We waited half an hour an still never got greeted or asked for drinks. The waitress had been in the section several times waiting on her other 2 tables. One was a big group but they were done an just talking by the time we were seated. The 2 person table that was on the other side of us had gotten there dinner at least 10 minutes after we were seated. 10 minutes after we sit we finally turn on the call server button. Still no one came over. The other two tables are looking at us an we're still waiting. If I could give 0 stars I would. This was definitely the worst experience I've ever had with food service.

To sum up, the experience was "eh". To avoid a 45 minute wait, we sat at the bar. Despite the fact that they had 3 different (and popular) taps of beer on display, for whatever reason, they only had 2 beer bottle offerings in stock, Heineken and Coors Light. (The bar tender kept telling the wait staff they had 3, but Angry Orchard is a cider, not a beer). When the food came, no fresh grated cheese was offered. When we had to ask for pepper and red pepper flakes, the bar tender claimed to be "pretty sure" they were out of red pepper flakes, but reluctantly agreed to check in the back. She made us feel like such a simple request was bothering her. When people would ask about in-stock liquor, they would say "do you have X". The response was "no" versus "no, but we have Y if you're interested"Overall, we felt like the service was very transactional versus our past experiences where we were treated like they actually cared we chose to eat there that evening.I'm not saying we will never go again, it will probably just be a long time as there are plenty of other great choices in the area.

Haven’t been to an Olive Garden in about a decade, but went recently and it was really good. Food was perfect and our waiter, Dwayne , was really nice. We did have to wait about 30 minutes for a table (but it was because they spaced the tables out for covid, so it was understandable)

This restaurant was clean and efficient. Our dinner was yummy and everything was very quick. What was truly exceptional about this experience was the service. From the moment we walked in the door until we left our service was amazing. Our waitress, Caitlin was particularly awesome! Her attention to detail and her kindness really made our night! We would return for sure!

Very crowded at 630PM.So..... to the bar I shall march. The bartender was really kind. My meal, chicken Alfredo included the unlimited soup and bread sticks I had 3 soups and 2 orders of bread sticks.Beer was very good. And the service was good. Tipping well is a well thank you.

I went for lunch today and they added my name to the wait list. They told me they would text me when my table was ready. I waited in my car for an hour and a half so I drove off not wanting to wait any longer. I never received a text at all so even if I stayed I would had to get added to the list again. Even my daughter who was there said I gave them my correct number at check in. Such a waste of time.

I’m torn on how many stars. The food was good (though not great), but the restaurant is struggling to provide adequate service. The great resignation strikes again. 35 minute wait to be seated in a mostly empty restaurant. Then we ended up being seated in the bar with a friendly server who had been there all day already and was clearly handling too many tables. Hard to blame the restaurant since just about all businesses are facing staff shortages.

Placed an order to go for my favorite Chicken and shrimp carbonara with Angel hair pasta and it was Disgusting!!!!! Chicken and roasted red peppers were burnt and taste was horrible. Requested heavy sauce and as you can see it was less sauce. Must have a new cook because this was by far the worst meal I've ever had from this location. My husband tried eating it so money wasn't wasted and even he couldn't eat it. NEVER AGAIN

Great food and service even though it was super busy. Food came out fast and the staff was all very friendly and polite
