Great service person and delicious food

She crab soup lacked crabâonly two pieces of crab if questionable origin and was served lukewarm. Lobster was overcooked. We had reservations for 7:00, but were not seated until nearly 7:30. Booth was not clean: the manager assured me it would be cleaned, then he disappeared. After my husband tracked him down, he did apologize and comped my wine. It took nearly another 30 minutes to get our food. We did not return the food yo the kitchen, as we knew it would only be another long wait. This was a birthday celebration and very disappointing.
Great food service always the best! Waitress so wonderful, quick with refills and checked on us many times during meal.
Server was very friendly and helpful food was delicious and seafood was very fresh. Was traveling on business and would definitely come back!
We waited over an hour and a half for appetizers. Dinner was served piecemeal with more than 15 minutes between the first and last dishes.
We had excellent service The only problem was my dinner order. I ordered crabcakes and they were 85% filler. I could not even finish them. The fried shrimp was awesome! I wish I had ordered that.
Great service and delicious food! We did have a fly that kept flying around us and was annoying. But overall great experience!
The food was extremely good....service should have been better. Choose not to recommend because of service...if that was better then I would def. Recommend.
We were excited to dine at Off the Hook. Their food pictures were very confidence inspiring. Unfortunately, they were unexpectedly short-staffed as are many restaurants at this time and as a result, it took over an hour to get our first bites of food. This is clearly a locals place and I am sure we would have had a better experience if they had been properly staffed.
