POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was 4th in line waited 10 mins in line before they even called the first person but 5 people walked in behind those of us waiting in line and before the cashier would help anyone she would ask if anyone was picking up and took them before the customers who were there first in line! ! If we are waiting in line and 20 people come in for pick ups they should have to wait in line just like us grabbing a few bundlets! Def not coming back when all customers are not equal!
The buntinis wear really good! Pretty quick service and a solid array of options. I was a little bummed that one of my flavors got switched but they were still all very good.
The cakes are good, although pricey. What is unacceptable is ordering on-line for in store pickup, but having to wait - outside - for 30 minutes. There were two young girls working the registers who seemed oblivious to the situation. Why have on-line ordering if you have to wait 30 minutes to get in the door to pick up your order. No way to run a business.
The cakes were good, but not worth being screamed at to put a mask on upon entrance (and subsequently hear everyone else that walks in being yelled at to mask up regardless of vaccination status) and the way the employees make you feel like they are bothered by you.... I thought they would have relaxed, but I tried one more time to see that wasn't the case. Unfortunately I just can't bring myself to return to an atmosphere which feels like you're back in grade school with angry lunch ladies and cafeteria monitors. I wish there was another location closer.
I've always heard about how good this place was and finally tried it out the other day. Holy *** these cakes are ridiculously good! Makes me wish I had ordered from them for my wedding if I had known!! The prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality of what you get. I would eat one every day if I didn't care about my health!
I have loved these cakes since my sister gifted me a three tier for my birthday several years ago. I have sent many people to them to purchase cakes, and given them as gifts many times.. however, I was highly disappointed after my visit today. I felt like I was bothering the cashier with my order, I was told I could only purchase one Strawberries and Cream cake, and when I asked why, I was ignored. And then, when I was paying, I was asked if I was military. I stated no, but my husband is retired law enforcement, and I could not even get those words out before I was told what the total was, and that was that. I understand it’s not the cashiers policy about only military get a discount, but it is the responsibility of the employees of the store to at least listen to their customers. I still love your cakes, but I will think twice before I stop by the Volvo store again. And by the way, I called another store to ask if they too limited the number of strawberries and cream cakes to one per customer, and they said no.
Ordered two dozen Bundtinis for my sons birthday party this weekend. They looked like we’re just thrown into a box, half were turned over and looked horrible that I didn’t even want to serve them. There was no holders or card board in the box and stuck to the tissue like paper that they were on. I used to love going there but has def. Gone down hill. Also, still have to wear a mask in there which is crazy. Don’t agree with it . Def. Won’t be going back for a while unless they decide to get it together.
Bundt cakes are good
Got my first cake here for Christmas....I should've gotten a bigger one lol had to be the best lemon cake I ever had in my life pretty sure the icing drove my sugar up ?? but it was so so good. Will be returning happy that the cakes are beautiful & nicely priced packaging is nice as well & the customer service was great. I can't wait to try more flavors will look into the bundtinis for more variety for sure. Excellent experience & using cream cheese frosting....yes. DeliciousDo recommend that they make the lines more clear we were confused about which line was for pickup & which line was for ordering right now at least it was a nice day & waiting in line wasn't uncomfortable. Also a suggestion that they have a glaze option for cakes all that icing can be overwhelming. Some people can't have all that sugar. It took me couple times to finish one piece because it was overwhelmingly sweet.
I placed an order on Tuesday at the Chesapeake location for pick up Friday and prepaid. The order included six lemon, two white chocolate raspberry and four marble.Upon arrival I was told they were out of marble which was the flavor my daughters wanted for Christmas. ITold the clerk that was the reason I preordered and paid for the bundtlets.This is bad business. If a customer pre pays for a product it should be held for pick up. WHAT IN THE WORLD HAS HAPPENED TO BEING COURTEOUS OF PRE-PAYING CUSTOMERS!! This was after I was told I would need to pre-pay for my preorder. Never again! This has changed my overall view of Nothin Bundt Cake.
