Incredibly slow service. Entire staff with the exception of one person appeared to be either high or drunk. Food was lukewarm on receipt. I had a feeling the experience was going to be poor upon entering the building and hearing one person mumble "...welcome to MOE's..."Compare with the FANTASTIC service at a nearby store, MOE's at Wards Corner in Norfolk. Night and day difference.

We go to Moe's every Saturday, they have a good Military discount. Anyway, this is a new Moes for us, we live in Virginia Beach. HORRIBLE! The smell when you walk in is disgusting, kind of a dirty oil smell. The lettuce was brown and don't get the hot salsa, it was brown too and tasted like brown sugar. Also, they didn't have some of the extras toppings that every other Moes we have been to has. They had a ton of workers, most sitting and eating. Find another Moe's, even if you have to drive, you can thank me later!!

TERRIBLE. Ordered online, picked up close to closing so we couldn't go back. Most of our chips were dark burnt and tasted terrible. We didn't receive our queso side or drink. A bunch of items in our burritos were missing (sour cream, guacamole etc.) Ordered a white meat chicken quesadilla got steak, ordered spicy chicken burrito got regular. The food was just garbage. The store wasn't even busy when we picked up the food.

Food had no flavor! Service good .Servers work behind counter you get your own drink and other essentials.servers are paid aSalary so why do they need a tipFor what?

Everytime I try to give this Moe’s a chance to redeem themselves, they fail every time. The first time I went it was 2 hours before close and the staff barely acknowledged me and decided to do an online order as soon as I got up to them (decided it wasn’t worth my time and left). The second time they messed up my order, and the 3rd time they messed up my online order and gave me a bowl rather than the burrito I ordered and gave my boyfriend and I food poisoning. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else

I didn't receive the chips, cookie, and juice for the first kids meal, the chips and juice for the other, and the chips for the two burritos from the Moe's order I just receivedThe worse part is that neither the Moe's or the delivery service wanted to take any responsibility so I'm out on that.

When ordering through a 3rd party delivery service there are certain items or requests you can’t make on the app. So I often have to call and ask for the Hard Rock N Roll sauce to be added to my order. No matter who answers the phone, they’re always friendly and understanding. “Welcome to Moe’s!”

The staff seemed nice enough. The store was not very clean but they were kinda busy..Unfortunetly my fresh sweet tea was not fresh nor sweet.:( My burrito was ok probably won't go back. That was my first time eating at Moe's. Not anything I would crave another day.

My first experience started off great with a hearty welcome to Moe's.. the boy who was making my food adjusted his mask 3 times without replacing his glove.. (gross) I will not be coming back to Moe's ever again

I was not pleased with my burrito since it was not fully wrapped as it should have been when I went to eat it later. The bottom of my bag was wet. The employees did not show much enthusiam & acted as though they didn't want to work there. I should have left when I recognized this & don't feel to go back after what I had experienced.
