Ordered the Homewrecker junior, made it a combo.. they did not put the guacamole on the burrito, which it says it does in the description of the burrito, also did not get my side of queso... Totally disappointed
Always new employees every few months but apart from turnover; food is always good; short wait times; affordable; take away system efficient. Customer service has improved (3/5).
The service was fast and efficient. The food was good as with most Moe’s locations. Many of the tables were dirty and the napkin holder was pretty dirty, but overall it is a fine place for a large burrito.
This location was great, delivery through trash door-dash didnt go like planned but the manager was polite and fixed everything. Food itself was on point and employees were fast on food prep. I'll be a repeat customer.
I don’t know what it is about this location, but I never get what I ask and pay for. Example: If I order my burrito bowl for pick up or delivery, and want queso on the inside, I don’t get the queso. If I order an extra cup of queso on the side with it, they include that but do not put the any inside the bowl. Every time. If I order nachos for pickup or delivery, and ask for queso to be put on the side so my chips aren’t soggy, I get nachos covered in queso. Not everyone can come inside to make sure their food is made the way it was ordered…and they really shouldn’t have to when there are other options. I’m over it. Tired of giving this place my money and not getting what I paid for.
Literally the best Moe's in the area. The service is always great. Good portions, fresh food, clean store, and helpful employees. We drive out of our way to go to this Moe's instead of a closer one because it's that good. Absolutely would recommend.
Got serviced by a worker who did not want to be there and it showed. Rolled his eyes when I came in and it just felt like we weren't supposed to be there. He perked up when I assume his boss came around. Food is good but that experience was a pass.

If you are a customer who concerns about employees not wearing a mask, moes is not the place to buy your food. Some employees did not wear any mask when I visited them recently. Talking over your food is not healthy without a mask. I was very uncomfortable to see that. I am not sure if I will go there anymore.
