Ordered takeout for six. Brisket, pork, beans, etc... Everything was excellent. Very well executed, super nice folks.
My sister, niece, and I shared the three-meat platter. We chose pulled pork, moist brisket and pulled chicken . We also shared fries.The fries are really good. The meats were delicious. The brisket is absolutely the best I have ever tasted. I had been introduced to Mission Barbecue in Annapolis, MD. The Chesapeake, VA restaurant was the same high caliber of food.
First time here! (I'm sure that was obvious! ?) Amazing service & food! Prices were okay considering how costly food is in general. Ms. Darlene was super genuine and friendly. She helped point us in the right direction and Miss Robyin was very helpful in explaining the menu. First impressions always speak volumes! I love what they stand for and their love & appreciation for all service members!! Was truly a great first visit and look forward to going back soon! Truly hope to see them branch out closer to Suffolk soon!! ? ❤️

My husband enjoyed the salmon and fries, and I enjoyed the jalapeno sausage and mac and cheese. Both were quite tasty! Service was great and food was ready in a matter of minutes! Definitely returning!

Love Mission BBQ, and their dedication to our Armed Forces and First Responders. My husband is a 31 year Navy Veteran, and we always feel right at home here. The food is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced; great atmosphere and service….and is consistently good overall.
BBQ should be served about 140°. Mission BBQ was cold. Five stars if they served it hot or even warm. Meat was a little fatty but better than Que Whiskey Kitchen in Southington.
First time eating here. I ordered brisket and the wife was not hungry so she just had a small cheesy baked potato. The brisket was dry and needed sauce for me to eat. The potato was crusty and just didn't taste good. Maybe just a bad day but 20.00 for food we could not finish.
We had lunch today and it was delicious. Food was hot, service was exceptional. They came by our table and refilled our drinks. We had the blueberry cobbler. It was amazing,so delicious. Please try it. I would give it 5 stars
