Slowest drive through I've ever been though in my life. I spent at least 30 minutes on line. By the time I made it to the second window, they didn't even know what I'd ordered. Got my food and some of it was missing. I didn't even go back because that line was unbearable. The saving grace was the woman at the second window. Even though she seemed really stressed out, she was incredibly kind.
I pulled up at 11:48 lights off. I went to window and they said they took the last car the was in front of me after waiting for someone to come on intercom. It is, was, 11:52 when I pulled up to window. Why are they closed when clearly don’t close til 12? Let me add that the guy said that it depends on which manager on duty they close before time. ????
Building full of “inconvenienced” teens and millennials. Whoever the manager is in this location should be fired! Spending time screwing around and on phones is more important than doing the flipping jobs. Avoid this location and go to the Hardee’s around the corner. Least they seem to care about customers and wait times at that nearby Hardee’s.Sure this review will fall on deaf ears. If management lets their stores fall to this level of service……it must really not matter at all.
I pulled through the drive-thru around 4:00 a.m. he said the cash register was down and that they were closed this is the 10th McDonald's that's told me that tonightt
If I could give a zero, I would. They purposely held a car up at the place to order for no less than four minutes to avoid taking anymore breakfast orders. As soon as the clock turned to 11:00 AM, the menus flipped to the lunch choices, and the lady asked for his order. Then, the dude in front of me ordered two cheeseburgers. If I had known they would hold up the line on purpose, I could have gone inside. This is a debacle! I wasted my valuable time to be disrespected by these unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful people at McDonald's on S. Military Highway near Indian River. Never again will they get my business.
I have lived here for 4 years. This being the closest McDs to my house and all of my kids sporting events, we eat here maybe 1-2 times a month. I have yet to have an order come out correct. Whether it's missing food, having to remind them of drinks we ordered, or just plain getting the wrong order. I will not go here with out an inventory of my order before pulling away from the window.
Service was trouble!!! Drive thru line was long and I decide to order inside. I recently got a gift card for Christmas and wanting to use it. They had two Kiosk machine inside one was out of order. I had one customer in front of me and come found out the other kiosk was down two. Couldn't it anyone to take our order inside for a while until I finally got someone attention which I believe was the manager on duty. She said we can order on the kiosk or wait. She didn't listen to me that both kiosk was down inside and we could place I order on the machine. The manager on duty and the other staff continue to wait on customer in the drive-up line. I almost left that day and didn't place my order. I am positive McDonald lost some customers that day with the bad customer service. Including myself!!! I don't do any fast food anyways. But sometimes Chick-fil-a. Which has excellent customer service!
Let me tell you, just left out of drive thru. Store was clean, staff were professional and my order was put together with everything in place, made fresh. Awesome job, Keep up the great work.
Staff seemed a little stressed. Self checkout was confusing with not getting receipt. Dining room and drive thru were busy, but order arrived quicker than I thought.
Came by one night just to get a McChicken and sat at the speaker for 15 minutes and nobody came to take my order. It was 30 minutes before closing and there were people in line behind me. I usually have no problem at this McDonald's but I might not come back here for a while.
