I usually give food places a few tries, because one visit usually isn't reflective of the whole picture.After multiple visits during the afternoon, I won't be returning. Either my food order is wrong or cold or put together haphazardly, the wait at the window to get the food is 10 minutes long with no explanation or apology (even when there isn't a line of cars), or the staff is rude.Tonight, I tried to redeem some points. The person taking my order kept getting it wrong, and I had to repeat myself seven times. They wouldn't show me my order or price, even when I asked. When I pulled up to the payment window, I asked again if my points went through, and they said yes. I payed, and when I got my receipt, saw they charged me more. When I pointed out it, they said "Sorry?" and that there was nothing they could do. I wasn't rude, said please and thank you and stayed patient, and they really just didn't care to correct their mistake or sincerely apologize.If you really look at reviews before deciding where to eat, please consider mine before visiting this location.
Awful. 3 cars went through inside lane before they switched to take outside lane order. Paying at the window, the cashier threw her headset off in frustration. Picking up my food, had the wrong drink. But got is straight at window. Silly me, didn't check the rest of the order. Got back to work and had wrong sandwich. Normally would have just dealt with it, but decided to go get what I paid for. Had to wait in line inside and was treated like it was my issue.Just awful service.
I bought a spicy chicken burger and they packaged the food in a dirty/ used pack. Very gross.
Eaten take away at this location about half dozen times through drive thru and never had an issue with food quality or customer service. Dined in once and the employees were friendly. Seems to get busy like most fast food hotspots during lunch hours and early dinner hours during work week.
Fries were really good at this location. By our home they are limp and have really changed. They taste like they are put in partly frozen in not completely hot oil. Sandwiches and teas good also.
Great experience! My chicken sandwich meal was prepared properly and warm. I used the kiosk so the server was prompt and courtes. She thanked be name. Great job
The customer service was great! The ladies at both windows were very nice! This location is one of the first that I've been to in a long time that actually cares about their job and being polite! Thanks!!
WORST LOCATION EVER!!! EVERY time they will screw up orders, service is rude & dumb for no reason. Food is never fresh. Every time we try, every time they continue to disappoint. Don't bother eating here! Always getting charged for something I didn't order or getting something I also didn't order.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again. This is one of the best McDonald's locations I've ever been to. The food is always made fresh to order, and getting a special order (i.e, without onions, or anything like that) is never a problem, and doesn't slow them down at all. Great staff, great service. Always an awesome experience! Usually I find something funny to say about a place, and point out where things went wrong, but not at this McDonald's. It's always good!
Don't ever go inside. It'll ruin the experience. Usually order from the app, but it wasn’t working the other day. Went inside to order and as I'm standing at the counter I look up at the screen that shows which order is ready and there were 7 flies on it. Then I started noticing flies around the menu board and the desert display case. It was nasty. I had already paid for my food or else I would have left. Ignorance is bliss guys. Will most likely wait until fly season is over before I go back again. Its a shame really because they always cook my egg mcmuffin perfectly.
