If i could give no stars I definitely would. 1st employee with pants sagging down and underwear showing. 2nd same employee wearing crocs than playing with his socks/ feet (yes touching it) than serving food. 3rd asked for fillet fish only ketchup & it came with mustard & ketchup. 4th asked them to correct fish order and employees appeared to demonstrate an attitude. 5th apple pie was over cooked and was like rubber. Highly don't recommend this mcdonalds to anyone. At this point will not go back.
Spent 50 minutes in the drive through, received the wrong order (as did multiple other people), thankfully because while checking it I found a hair on the cheeseburger. It only took 3 more tries for them to get the order correct. "Only cheese and ketchup" seemed to be a hard phrase to grasp. This franchise owner really needs to get a handle on his business. This place stays pretty popular especially in the summer. This was my first and last time eating there.
Dining room was closed at 6:30 pm fries were cold special order burgers were wrong. Supposed to be 2 double cheeseburgers extra pickles on both and 3 mcdoubles. I received 2 double cheeseburgers (regular) and 2 mcdoubles one with no pickles and one with extra pickles.
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It’s always something when I go there. This time, the fries were not thoroughly cooked, the quarter pounder bun is hard as a rock and the patty is over cooked. No sweet tea. The time before this visit there was an issue with our entire order and we waited 30 minutes for the order that wrong, we left a review that time, instead of telling us they are aware of issues at this store, we received a gift card for a sundae.
Worst McDonalds in Chesapeake. I've given them so many chances over the past 4 years because of their convenient location. Each time they disappoint. This time I went through the drive through and ordered 20pc nugget and a medium fry. The fries were obviously old and cold so and I had no sauce (even though they asked what sauce at the drive through screen). I went in and the guy didn't want to give me more than 3 sauces (because his manager didn't want him giving too many out was what the guy said) I said I had a 20 peice and I needed a couple more. I exchanged the fries for new ones.. once I got home I see they shorted me 2 nuggets and the nuggets were cold and soft. I'm done for good with this place. They were going to have me eating cold fries and nuggets with no sauce...
We came in for my son's 7th birthday. The manager overheard we had a birthday boy in house and made us this wonderful sundae with warm cookies.
Original mcdonalds taste. But they cant get an order right to save their life. Simple order of a combo double quater pounder, some nuggets and a mcdouble. Received a double quater pounder with a drink(no fries), ½ the amount of nuggets( no sauce at all), and instead of a mcdouble, i got a mcfailure. Pull over an check your bag before u leave because they will rip you off quick
Ordered two 10 piece chicken nuggets and requested it to be freshly drop. Received the ordered and it was not fresh and cold. Returned the food and requested another batch. Received the order and it was fresh and hot.
Well, today was the last straw for any McDonald's. I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal, large. Got a medium french fry, asked for no ice, got ice, no straw, and my fries were super soggy. Seems like the same deal most of the times I visit any location. I don't usually write bad reviews, maybe it's just an isolated incident, but it seems like it's normal now.
Skip it and head to the next closest McDonalds. Don’t expect them to get your order correct. Ever. I was irritated that even after I was asked what the correct order was supposed to be, the employees kept repeating the wrong information. Literally moments after it left my mouth. The manager of the shift offered to make my food personally but after having to wait in line twice and then come into the store, I just wanted a refund. The shift manager tried to issue a refund but couldn’t get the POS to work so I left without food or a refund. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened at this location.
