When eating had a McDonald’s expectations are already low. But somehow this McDonald’s seems to go above and beyond at being terrible. They shouldn’t have added the second drive through when obviously one is too much to handle for them. 15 minutes in the drive-through with only two other cars and they still manage to mess up my order and be rude.
Came here recently to get a large soda before work. Staff greeted me as expected through the drive through speaker. They were able to fill my order (diet coke with no ice) in a quick and efficient manner. One of the drive through employees was very friendly while doing so. I left this McDonalds satisfied on the whole with the overall experience.Keep in mind - to anyone reading, this is a McDonald's. Don't overthink it.
Terrible service. Food was cold. I was overcharged and they finally refunded my money. I don't know if I will ever go there again.
Does not even deserve one star. We pulled up to drive through and watched two cars take orders before us. I pulled through because after 7-10 minutes no one was going to take our order. So I went inside to order. Another 37 minutes to get two orders of fries and a chicken nugget bundle. While waiting, I watched the crew flounder around trying to sort out drive through orders, door dash, to-go orders and people ordering from the register.Unreal.Please observe a chick-fi-la operation. Hire a sigma 6 green belt to take a look at process refinement. Anything to do better. You owe yourself that as well as customers.
Had to go back because I was missing fries, via drive thru... Felt bad for the young adults working having to deal with the Adults cussing and fussing, loud and clear enough to be heard throughout the restaurant, as if they were the irresponsible teenagers. I commend the young adults handling the front professionally like REAL adults should.
More often than not, our orders have been wrong; but I have to say that I've seen new faces and everything has been great ??
came the other day and I couldn't get a smoothie because they hadn't cleaned the machine all day and today I order a bacon mcgriddle with no cheese and get home to see what? cheese on it. good thing I'm only slightly allergic to it.
Burger was good, fries was not. They tasted like they had been sitting for a while. I couldn't understand why, because they were extremely busy.
Okay, I get it, it is a fast food establishment, do not expect much. Unfortunately this is the closest McDonald's and is convenient for me to drive to. But, the last few times I've gone, they try to short me on the order, then when I bring it up, they act like they could not ever make a mistake and ask for the receipt. What do you know, they shorted me, no apologizes or anything just a hand with a bag giving me the item.That, or when you order, they cannot even get the order correct. Lastly, my wife loves the banana and strawberry smoothie. I ordered it, paid for it, it is like a $3 upcharge with a meal. No big deal right. I get to the window, they said the smoothie machine is broken, would I like a different drink. I go yes, they give me a soda. I asked about my refund of the $3 upcharge. You'd think I kicked their pet by the look on their face. They turn to the manager saying I wanted a refund and slid the window closed, 1 minute later, they hand me the original smoothie I ordered.Amazing how the machine was suddenly repaired. Instead of broken, I'd say it was more of a case of, to lazy.
We came in for breakfast. The place was clean and we didn't wait long for our food. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is they got all of our coffee orders wrong and we ended up being charged for 4 drinks instead of 3. So we just took the extra drink. But they made the wrong coffees as well. We were in a hurry so we didn't have time to get them to remake everything.
