3rd time in 3 weeks my order was wrong. Not only was it wrong, the cashier repeated our order back to us. Then proceeded to give us the wrong change 3 times (which we were totally understanding about) but still added about 10mins on our order as she waited for the manager to open her drawer. What made it not ok was She screamed a profanity incredibly loud as we pulled off. We then pull up to the pickup window, not one word was exchanged from the manager as he handed us our food.Only for us to pull away & it is WRONG AGAIN!Still waiting on the manager to call us back from our first two horribly wrong mistakes.Please let me make this clear,Were not asking for a five star restaurant experience here, we just want our food how it should come. Without being screamed at.We also never got our refund back from the mobile app last week.Last weeks adventure was ordered through the mobile app, we pull into our spot, sign in to the app, check in, our time passes by about ten minutes, cars are flying through the drive thru, so we turn toward the window (waved) as an employee was handing food to another car. She screams at us saying she doesn’t understand sign language.This was not in a way she was trying to nice.Again, we waited. After another 5 mins pass, we left hungry & Frustrated.These employees at this establishment are off their damn rocker.

Was about to head into the ER this morning and wanted food before dealing with the ER for the next few hours. Had been let down by the nearby Sonic being closed with wrong operating hours being listed. The man who delivered my food to curbside pick was very polite and understanding. I wasn't feeling my best today and had put two separate orders in forgetting to add a food item previously. I also thought I had ordered a large coke but I didn't and he was very helpful with dealing with that when I came in the store. It was a very pleasant experience considering the rough start to my morning I had. I was a very happy customer.
Going to a fast food restaurant is not the best thing for anyone, but if you give bad service, you get bad reviews. McDonald's employees are rude, and have no politeness. I can count on 1 hand how many times I've had a good experience with them. But convenience is what brings me back.
The burgers are not as good as they use to be... The meat was soooo thin you could actually see through holes in the patty...And the burger was just poorly prepared...The burger came to $4 and some change...I gave the cashier a $10 bill and instead of boarding the $10 before giving my change and then putting it in her til drawer she proceeded to give me just the coin change and forgot my $5.00 so I had to bring it to her attention... I did get the correct change but my point is that the cashiers need to pay closer attention to what they are doing with people's money...
I like this McDonald's location for drive through service in the early mornings. It gets kinda iffy in the later part of the day. I will say that I never see any trash in the parking lot.
I requested a 6 piece kids meal multiple times at the drive thru at the window as well as in side the crew on that shift was very unprofessional and made a mockery that I received a 4 piece kids meal and not a 6 piece stating that I'm missing two nuggets sarcastically instead of making sure the customer was taking care of the employees rather gather in the lobby discussing work schedules and other non related work issues. Even after I received my kids meal for my daughter she discovered that her nuggets were not fully cooked I'm so disappointed in the service especially when this is the closest McDonald's near my home
Cashier seemed to have an attitude, tossing my food on the counter when it was ready. Also an order of fries was missing and my sons apples were out of date.
Says open 24 hrs online. Guy on the speaker says "I'm sorry bro, we're closed". Meanwhile there are two obvious enployess outside smoking. Update the status so I don't easte my time driving to this place. This is a common theme with a lot of fast food chains in this part of Virginia. Unqualified employees to top it off. Nothing works properly in this part of the state....
There was hardly anyone in the drive-thru when I arrived so I had no issue's what so ever. The food was hot, NY Mocha Frappe was excellent even though they were out of whipped cream at that time and the employees were friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for fast food.
