I love this pizza. It’s honestly amazing for the price and holds really well leftover, as in the crust isn’t hard or difficult to eat the next day. 10/10 you can’t go wrong with Marcos!!

The old world pepperoni is amazing! The pizza was so fresh. Great job to the managers and staff, my family and I will definitely be making this our new pizza spot!

My friend and I just ordered a small cheese pizza and cheesy bread and we were genuinely appalled at how amazing it was. We both cannot remember the last time we ate something so good. Marco’s pizza, you made our night! We will definitely order from here again. I’ve never left a review for any service but I literally had to this time because of how great our meal was!!!

Marco's responded promptly to my review. Problem is, they asked me to provide more detail via a "tellmarcos" link. I'm hoping that it was an auto reply (which should NEVER be the case on something like this). Does anyone who reads the original review (below) really think I could provide any further information? . . . I didn't think so either.Well, so much for trying to be helpful. I went to the "tellmarcos" link and guess what. They have two gateways, one where you enter the order number from your visit; the other if you don't have an order number to provide. Both links yielded a 404 page error. So, I'm hoping that a real live person at Marco's is reading this. The only other thing I can offer is that, on this particular visit, I placed an reorder of a pizza in the purchase history. They made the wrong pizza so I had to make two trips to the store and get no chicken (and they added mushroom which I never get). Mistakes happen and it's not the first time a pizza shop gets an order wrong (although they are notorious offenders in this regard). But make no mistake, the chicken issue needs to be addressed. If I get another response similar to the last one, I'll copy and paste this review into Word and send it to the corporate office. Maybe someone there will bother to read it.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------First, I want to say that, in general, I've been really pleased with Marco's. Since moving to Chesapeake 15 months ago - and REALLY missing my favorite pizza shops in Pittsburgh - my wife and I have really enjoyed their pizza. One "nit" that I have - and this is common among practically many pizza shops I've patronized over more than 20 years - is the chicken. If you order a pizza with pepperoni or sausage I never seem to feel cheated. Only on the chicken. Twice in the last 3 orders, my small pizza with chicken (6 cuts) has had fewer than a half dozen chunks of chicken. The largest piece was smaller than the last joint on my little finger. I was bad enough when chicken (and pizza) were less expensive. But I'm talking about a small pizza that cost over $20.Even Arby's figured this one out back in 1964. Remember the kitchen staff weighing the roast beef for each sandwich. Why can't customers expect the same consideration on their pizza. This shouldn't be a guessing game and no customer (like me) should have to take their pizza home and open a back of Tyson grilled chicken breast strips to have 3 chunks of chicken per slice. Is this too much to hope for?

Staff was rude and had a whole attitude throughout the whole experience. I work for Grubhub and I was given direction to call upon Arrival and to not enter into the restaurant that my order would be brought out to me. First they keep picking up the phone and hanging up on me, then when I got in touch with the staff they said they had never seen my order on Grubhub. Had to wait extra time for my order to be completed, after seeing about 8 other orders get completed, I processed to walk in and check on my order the cashier gave me a non shallot stare and didn’t say anything. I explained I was here for Grubhub and I wanted to check on my order for it was suppose to be brought out to me, he replied “ nah we don’t do that here” grab my pizza and just put it on the counter, then when I explained to him that I needed garlic sauce also with this order he stares at me and then does this slow walk like he didn’t want to grab what I need to complete my order. I just didn’t like the whole experience I was given

Pretty good. Nice & fresh

Great pizzas; you can customize the crusts. A lot of offers weekly with great deals on pizzas.

The box that my pizza was in was broken exposing my pizza to the atmosphere. Did not follow directions on my special request. I asked for no feta cheese. I won't be ordering from them again

Great pizza always have to get extra sauce and they always seem to forget I'm on hold right now waiting to speak to someone but for some reason this time there's hardley any sauce... Kirsten said the person who took the order was his second day. They gave us credit for the pizza.Kim took the payment off and that's how things should be . Chivalry isn't dead at Marcos. I would recommend Marcos to anyone

Trying to call the store on Kempsville Road in Chesapeake Virginia as we speak and it does nothing but ring and ring and ring and then disconnect. How am I supposed to order dinner if no one‘s going to answer the phone?
