Horrible customer service. The guy answering the phone is very condescending. Welp just lost an order. Being he's so smart, let's see how he can manage to get and retain customers and stay in business with that attitude. I gave them a try because Far East & Sun Wah are no longer opened. I will keep looking for a replacement. NO THANKS!!!

I eat at Mak's regularly, but on today I was given tainted shrimp in my food. I mean as soon as you open the container it reeked of a rotten smell. When I called to complain, all the owner could say is my son gave her a tip and no one else had complained. No apology or even offer to refund or replace my food.

I have started eating here since Far East closed and i am pleased with their seasonings.
I just vented on someone else's page! Sorry! Anyway, the chicken wings werent good! Horribly overpriced! Horrible customer service! Maskless customers hacking and coughing! Horrible 1st impression! Never again!
