This small restaurant has a few tables and stools. It was busy at 11:30 serving freshly patted hamburgers, hot dogs, sausages, Navy Bean soup and a number of other things. They have fries, onion rings and tater tots. The hot dog chili is spicy, just the way I like it. It serves Pepsi products. Truly a good find. Do not go if you cannot take places like Waffle House. As I was leaving, the friendly staff (all of them) at one point wished me well. They are especially friendly women.
If you are looking for an all American diner that specializes in hotdogs look no farther. The food is incredible, the owner Mary is awesome and the customer service is first class. I will definitely return the next time in VA Beach!!!
Had two snap dogs atw , they were very tasty, also had the navy bean soup, it was awesome. Highly recommend Lulu's.....

Best onion rings ever! Boarshead beef hot dogs are amazing. Chili is spicy, but I'm a baby when it comes to spicy stuff. Best diner food I've had in a while!!

You have to try this place out if you haven't yet.A coworker and I found this gem on our lunch break. And now 3 of us go here at least once a week for lunch. The staff is super sweet and friendly. And the food is really good.
