(Local review)If you are looking for a great place that is family friendly, with good customer service, with some of the best food and drinks my wife and I have had look no further. If you are contemplating between Three Amigos and Los Primos, Los Primos wins hands down (and this is coming from a couple that visit Three Amigos quite often for date night). The food was very fresh, the drinks were right on par with the cost to make them yourselves for the strength that was served. The customer service was outstanding and I highly recommend Luis for your server if available! Everything from hostess to manager were supreme, convenient to Chesapeake Va with ample parking and food that will leave you coming back for more, all at a surprisingly low cost!
This place is absolutely amazing. My husband and I rarely ever get a date night without the kiddos, we heard from a friend about the margarita ice cream and omg amazing!!!! We both started our quest with a Texas margarita, my husband ordered an el Presidente and it tasted great. The bartender knew exactly what he was doing. The food was so delicious and I can’t express to you how much I enjoyed it. The people in the restaurant was also great we had multiple conversations with people seated near us. The Manager Angela was so nice and we only spoke to her just to tell her how great our experience was. If you haven’t tried it out you definitely should go in and experience it yourself. 10 out of 10 for sure!!!
Went for the first time and were really happy with our experience! We had excellent service, even with a party of 8. Everything we tried was great! Good salsa, the tableside guacamole was perfect, loved the cheese sauce. Everyone in our party was happy with their entrées, but the BEST part of the entire meal was the soft serve margaritas. They had lime and strawberry, we got them swirled and it was soooo good. Keep in mind, 21+ only for the soft serve because it DOES have tequila in it.
The food and service were awesome. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. It helped that Jose from 3 Amigos was there running the show. For the twelve years we have known him he has always done a great job with customer interaction and service and his employees seem like they love working for him. This shows in the service they provide.

They have the best tasting chicken soft tacos! Their crunchy beef tacos are really yummy too. We surprised the family with taco Tuesday night, and were not disappointed! I highly recommend this restaurant.It is quickly going to become our family's new favorite Mexican restaurant! For us it is a little bit of a drive, but soooo worth it. The manger is great!Next time I will add some pictures. ?

Los Primos is by far our favorite Mexican restaurant in all of Hampton Roads! We have been regulars since the restaurant opened in 2015, and the owners treat you like part of the family.Their vast menu contains many unique dishes that you won't find anywhere else. In addition, every dish I've ever ordered offers tons of mouth-watering flavor. The meat is marinated overnight, making it so tender & juicy. I would highly recommend the spicy nachos, spicy burrito, fajita lunch special, or the fajita quesadilla.The service is always friendly and on-point. The food is delivered promptly, and all of their fantastic servers regularly stop by to make sure you have everything you need.Plus, they offer several weekly specials, and their menu is reasonably priced, especially for the overall value you receive!For an excellent dining experience and delicious Mexican food, I would highly recommend Los Primos!
Oh my goodness… AMAZING and absolutely DELICIOUS are the words that come to mind when I describe the AMAZING food that is served here. Tender meat that just melts in your mouth with impeccable flavor! Plus the staff that used to run 3 Amigos in Virginia Beach has joined the amazing team that was already here!! Best place all in all to go in all of Hampton Roads to eat Mexican. One for the extremely delicious food, two for the best service ever, three for the cleanliness of the restaurant, and four is for the best prices you can pay for great Mexican food. You will NOT be disappointed! Please come and support these wonderful people who are in my opinion the very best!!
I'm surprised I didn't do a review on this place sooner. Good Mexican food at a good price. I eat here as much as my wife will let me.
