Can eat inside or out next to the water. Calamari very good ask for lemon. Flounder sandwich HUGE. Cannot recommend the burrito.
We made a reservation for 2 thru Opentable on Sun May 20. Upon arriving, we were told they did not take Sunday reservations, but we could be seated in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later we left. The excuse was that they do not know how to "turn off" Opentable for Sundays. Call tech support!!! When we left, I told the hostess to take us off the list that it seems we were never put on! Wow!!!! No apology, just "ok". All I can say is "wow".
Wait staff is always engaging; food quality consistently good; occasionally they run out of menu items, recently including Corona, crème brûlée, and bread pudding at our gathering; otherwise a great experience!!
Took awhile to get drinks
Everything tasted good, the esperigus was huge. The only thing was my wife's steak was supposed to be medium, came out well but they fixed it and thank you. Then I ordered the 2 4oz fillet mignon and it tasted and looked like pieces of a pot roast, i.e. the pic I posted. It was cooked good and tasted good, just not what I wanted. Service was great and it was beautiful being by the water.

Was really looking forward to going here for the first time!Pros: The location is great, the size and parking, too. Waitstaff was quick, attentive and friendly. For those into drinking and group fun in a casual atmosphere this place is probably great for you!Cons: I was looking for a good place to host a milestone birthday party, this is not it. The interior is a bit worn - holes in the seating, lots of wear marks on the walls, outdated color and decor. Food was good (my item was salad with salmon and stuffed avocado which was good! My partner's shrimp scampi was not creamy - just garlic butter, pasta, shrimp and tomatoes.). I was hoping for a larger menu with more variety - especially seafood. A lot of breaded and fried items, not very unique.
The food here was so so good!! Our waitress was super friendly, our food arrived quickly, and it was phenomenal. I ordered their burrito while my friend ordered the fish and chips. I could not stop raving about the burrito for the entire lunch! I will be heading to Chesapeake more often, if not to try the rest of their delicious sounding menu! If you’re in the area, this is where you want to stop!
Great service, food was good, and Monday burger night prices are the best!
