Were out of a couple things. No big deal
Often I have seen meat and produce on the shelves past their printed expiration date (once some came home with me due to not checking), I have seen dead flies on meat in the cooler, and yesterday a tub of Country Crock came home with us that was already open. No other Kroger that I have been to has as poor of quality control as this former Farm Fresh.
First time shopped here. Did not have everything i wanted. But i liked the store & employees. Was clean & I will return.
Just left Kroger. Checked out at 8pm. When we got there at 745 we were told that the deli was closed for the night. Well, I just called up there and it should have still been open till 8pm. So, who was working tonight that didn't want to serve me and go home early?
It has officially been one year since I moved to Chesapeake. This Kroger has been my go to ever since. They are always clean and for the most part well stocked. Sure they run out of items here and there but there is usually a supply chain issue that is out of their control (says the business student). Their staff is always friendly and I love the energy of their team meetings in the produce section. I have a gluten sensitivity and a dairy allergy. Kroger has a great selection on GF and Vegan products that actually taste good.Also, I decided to switch my prescriptions over from Walgreens. Grocery store pharmacies tend to be cheaper than stand alone pharmacies. The pharmacy tech who assisted me was pleasant and went the extra mile to ask if there were any I was at risk of running out of.Thank you Kroger and associates for all that you do. :)
Used the pick up option. On my way there was told it would be another hour until my order was ready. This was an inconvenience for me. I waited and the manager finally brought out my order which I suspect was picked while I was waiting. He didn’t charge me for the order which was very kind. HOWEVER I’m missing several items since my bag were numbered like 2 of 3. I only received 2 bags. Very disappointed
Shouting out the Starbucks employee working on the morning of 1/2/22. The stand alone Starbucks nearby was closed so there was an influx of customers, however this young lady remained polite and timely. Wait was minimal and she remained calm despite what I assume was an unusually long line for a Starbucks in Kroger.
I like the deli meats selection! Clean but the need more cashier's!!!
It would be nice if they open more than one or two lines. Totally over the self-checkout thing
Employees lie about product to rush customers out of the store. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
