We've been to this spot several times. Their stock is hit or miss. Sometimes they seem to have all types of donuts ready to serve, other times their variety is sparse. The people that work there never seem to be into customer service, but the donuts are one of my favorites! I've been coming to Krispy Kreme my entire life.My favorites are the lemon filled, the chocolate iced glaze, the chocolate cake donuts and the chocolate iced glaze with cream filling. The original glaze will put you in a diabetic coma that you can't resist when they are Hot Now! Look for the lit up sign so you'll know when they are hot out of the cooker! Totally addictive!
The particular shop graciously donated to a Car Show that was raising money for Veterans and their family members; covering the cost of mental health therapy. This shop goes above and beyond for Veterans
Hey don't get me wrong. The kids that work there are as friendly as you would expect from younger people but they need some real guidance in that store. Because they were using the same rag for everything wiping the counters and the trays they put the donuts. And not using gloves just walking around with them on an touching everything. With all that is going on I just couldn't eat them. But 2 stars for friendliness.
My morning goto for feeding my crew at work with great treats. A timeless classic! This location is staffed with friendly and accommodating people. The drive through line is only long when customers have large orders.
This place had maybe 25% of the donuts made and it wasn’t even that busy. It was Noon and although there were trays in the back of the other donuts that weren’t on the display visible the lady working would still not allow us to have them. It was oddly rude behavior. There was also just one guy making donuts while two other employees were just socializing with each other. This place is literally the worst Krispy Kreme in Hampton Roads.
Wonderful, hot fresh doughnuts. Other doughnuts were sold out though. Asked for deal through my app. Great deal! 2 dozen for $13!
Their donuts are delicious and they melt in your mouth. I like the fact they have numerous employees to wait on you at the register, the line tends to get long but with four people helping everybody out, it works very quickly for you to get through the line quickly. I go there as often as I can.
I give this store 2 stars and thats being generous only because the guy at the window was extremely nice. I ordered 12 filled doughnuts. 4 custard 4 cream 2 lemon and 2 raspberry. When I got home I couldn't even tell that they had been filled. There was like 1 squirt of filling in each doughnut at the very back when you got to the last bite... and some of them were extremely small as well. Very disappointing.
I am a truck driver and everyone knows we have sweet tooths. I was able to drop my trailer and come to here and get some donuts. They were still nice and fresh even at 7:00 at night. Me personally I'm fond of the field donuts. Be sure to check out my YouTube channel at The Tourette's trucker.
Customer service is excellent, the donuts are fresh most times I come here and that's a big bonus. The only downside, is that they no longer serve powdered donuts. Maybe the demand has dropped where they've taken it off the menu. Side note: the Dunkin' Donuts across the street does not have powdered donuts either, however they will go in the back and custom make you one.
