Got my order wrong, but fixed it when I came back. Service is a little slow. The worst part about it is they have no menu sign at the drive thru. It's broken and has not been fixed in months.
I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, talk about nasty, KFC idea of spicy isn't nothing more than dump on just plain hot sauce. NASTY! Far from being spicy!Failure at its best! Never again!
Location never opens on time, always have to wait for them to count their register. the food is never ready at open.
I started eating here years ago and the were good at the time great staff and food but now not anymore you don't get what u ordered half the time the staff still pretty friendly but the food is either greasy or old tasting or over cooked not sure what is going on but even the drive thru board is broken and hanging the parking lot is always dirty with trash every werei gave one star for just the staff only
Always went to this spot when I lived in Chesapeake. My family always love the customer service here. This is the best KFC in this part of Virginia.
Hands down THE BEST KFC I've ever been to! This location was clean, even the restrooms were beautifully sanitized. The staff was super friendly, helpful and considerate of how they handled my family's food. The quality of the food was just perfect according to everyone who ate. I witnessed all the steps employees took to keep their hands gloved and sanitized. I appreciate all the individual efforts of the staff.
I spent $30 on food for the family and had to explain to the woman at the order speaker several times what it was I wanted and when I got the food it was still incorrect and they left things out. I said I wanted mashed potatoes and gravy. I got coleslaw and they didn't give me any gravy for my second order of potatoes. Plus the meat they gave me was not extra crispy, it was original and it was only dark meat. They did not tell me they were out of white meat until I called to complain.
I ordered a bean burrito. It tasted awful. It was not hot. It just tasted nasty. I will stick to the chicken next time.
Worst of the worst. 9 times out of 10 always forgetting something when I order. Given, it's my fault for not checking before pulling off from the drive thru, but it's hard to check for everything when they shove $40 worth of food in one bag. On top of that, they close so early compared to other KFC restaurants. I'm always turned away because of 'no chicken'. It was like this even before the pandemic. I always have to go out of my way to Indian River KFC because they're always on point and stay open a little longer than this one. It's almost a waste of time even going to this location. I don't mean to judge but Popeyes is starting to put KFC to shame. At least with this location.
The worst service I've ever experienced at a fast food place. I ordered 2 chicken sandwich boxes and pulled up at 9:40 only for them to claim that they were closed (which the site states they close at 10,) and didn't have any chicken sandwiches anyways. She also said she couldn't cancel my order and that I'd have to speak with their customer service to get my $20 back. I will NEVER be ordering from this place online again. Save your time and money and find somewhere else to eat.
