This location is the absolute WORST. Everytime I come here, there's a 45 minute wait!!! I was here for a grubhub order tonight 6/5/22 for almost an hour. Every employee is playing around with bowls and talking while there's a long line. It's very unprofessional. I'm declining all future orders. Ridiculous how you have the entire GHETTO working here.
Ordered a 2pc breast and wing combo with mac and cheese, girl ask me white or dark meat. Not only do they not know chicken parts but I get down the road, look in my bag and they gave me a leg and thigh with mash potato's
The KFC in Churchland Sucks!! They Never have children, Definitely pot pies ready nor Available. Last night (Saturday 04/09/22 8:45 pm. Didn't have nothing to make a bucket if children out of. Nothing but crispy breast. So I had to order them 5.99 boxes which coated me more than the 8pc bucket. I ordered 3 of them & came out to be price of bucket with less food. What the Hell. If you can't manage your crew & they don't wanna work Get Rid of them!. Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE RUDE AS HELL
I haven't had KFC in years, I should've kept it that way. Everything was disgusting and the guy at the drive-thru window was rude af.
This KFC was fast and didn't have any finger wanted I had to order everything other than what I came to the restaurant for the young lady taking my order had a tone of hurry up and order so I can get you out of here either way it goes this was a very poor experience which is to be expected from a fast food restaurant
Worst service ever literally. I will never eat here again. I paid $40 for a meal and my stuff was thrown in the bag my containers of sides was all bust opened and not to mention my order was wrong.
I am an uber driver. I was picking up an order from this location. I went through the drive thru, waited for them to answer. No response. I went up to the window and there were around 5 orders on the screen. I honked my horn no one came. So I went to the front of the building and knocked on the window. They said that they were not open when obviously they didnt want to do their job. They complain about not making enough money well they are taking away my time and money.Date 3.6.22 time 10.30
Dining room had been closed unbeknownst to me...but the young man behind the counter was still more than happy to get me a Pot Pie that I just love so much.
I really enjoy good tasting chicken and you can always count on KFC to deliver just that.
It's been years since I ate at kFC . I found out that they are now serving beyond chicken nuggets. The few times I want the restaurant was clean the service was good. I asked for fresh beyond nuggets and they did drop some . So thumbs up for great customer service. Hope they keep it going.
