I went to Jersey mikes tonight after work , at exactly 8:45pm, the open sign was on but the door was locked and the young men behind the line told me they where closed , when they had 15mins left. That is very unprofessional and inconvenient.!
Missing items on my doordash order and substitutions with no prior knowledge or authorization. Chicken bacon ranch philly had unfindable amounts of ranch, so I had to use my own as well. Get better, scrubs.
I ordered a chicken big Kahana tonight (2/28/2022). When I got home it was a Philly beef cheesesteak. I called the restaurant but I guess since they were closing in 10mins they would not answer the phone. I will call tomorrow and request the sandwich I ordered. When I placed order it was only my sister and I in the restaurant so how can you mess up that order. ? Very frustrated as I just got in from a 10 hour road trip from FL.
First time visiting Jersey Mike's and while the sub was good, everything else was not. There were 7 people working and 4 customers. No one seemed to have any clear idea of what order was being worked. My BLT sub was made in about 5 mins and then sat on the counter while we waited about 20 minutes for my husband's sub. The other three customers were visibly angry with one man actually getting nasty with the workers. That was uncalled for, but I do understand his frustration. I try to be fair with my reviews especially towards service workers right now, but they had plenty of staff. My sub was good despite the bread turning soggy due to how long it sat. We will probably give this location another shot. If you go here, just be prepared to wait.
Staff was very professional and made excellent subs. I will eat here again.

Jersey Mikes can make a sub boy! There are limited spots in this area for good food! So I give this store a 5 star stamp! All the workers in the mall say thanks!
Great customer service, register broke when I was in line. Sandwich was comped without asking so I didn’t have to wait around for them for an unknown amount of time to get the register back online.
I love their subs so much. A great place to stop for dinner or lunch, especially if you're on the road.
I paid 11 dollors for a piece of bread.... Hardly any meat on my sub. Straight rip off.
