The food was decent but what got me heated ? was the service. It wasn't even crowded. The hostess sat me and 6yr old niece down at table without even saying the waiter or waitress would be with you or anything. We sat at the table for I know about 30min. In-between that time the hostess walked by our table at least three to four times along with a waitress before taking our order. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. But the bad service continued. The waiter finally came and took our order. It took about another 30min before we even got our food. The waiter never asked to refill my water. After we were done eating I asked for the check . When I got the check I noticed he charged me for a ice tea. Then he asked me if I would like an ice tea to go ?. Bottom line is I'm not going to blame the staff even though they looked like they were doing they own thing. This falls on management, I didn't see any direction being given. That was my first visit and it will definitely be my last. Respectfully ?
I must give kudos to IHOP. We went in on a Saturday afternoon with a party of about 17. I believe our server was experiencing his first day (week?) and we worked him. We had several kids, special orders, extra this, extra that, but he handled it all with a smile. We even had a young man stay a few extra minutes after he was supposed to get off to help out. In a time where it can be hard to find good and patient service, this was very much appreciated.
I was highly satisfied with my IHOP experience because of server Brenda S. She greeted us at the door. She sat us down, was our server that was attentive, friendly, down-to-earth, professional and very accommodating. She had to do everything herself as far as bringing out hot-food go's concept. I didn't see any of the other servers or workers trying to assist her. She was pleasant and kind to her fellow workers, everyone she came into contact with. She deserves recognition in a way of a bonus in pay with time off even though she just might not accept the time off. I haven't received this kind of service in a long time. I also wanted to extend my compliments to the cook in the kitchen who did an exceptional job. My food was cooked to perfection. It looked even better than how the commercial display the food. I hope the next time my wife and I come in to dine that Brenda S is there to be our server.
I wish I could take this 1 star back they’re not even deserving of that! I ordered curbside and tried to call the number that they listed for you to call once arrived no answer, I clicked the link that they texted to you on the app upon arrival.. no response! After sitting in my car for about 40 minutes I decided to go in at this point my curbside is now carry-out I received my food, got back to work LATE of course opened my COLD food, tried to eat my omelette but decided against that because I didn’t want to chip a tooth on the hard burned bacon, or the overcooked hash browns. I then decided to stay optimistic and try my pancakes without silverware, napkins, butter, or syrup! I decided to give them a call to brag about this amazing experience which resulted in 9 calls later finally getting an answer and getting the phone put on hold without even a proper greeting! The staff and food are beneath anything I’ve ever experienced DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
Arrived, and no one was at the front. One of the servers came out once and didn't look toward the door to see if anyone had come in. After sitting in the lobby, an even longer time my husband called, and they didn't even answer the phone. When the server came out with a tables food, she finally acknowledged us and sat us and asked what we wanted for our drinks. She walked away and then came out two more times and then went back to the kitchen audibly asking, "When are we closing the dining room?" Ans then came out and told us that they were closing the dining room. My thing, why did it take you so long to come to the front? Why didn't you answer the phone, and why didn't you tell us this before you sat us down?
My wife, son and i were sat at the table extremely fast. However we waited approx 35 minutes with only 2 tables in the restaurant and 5 people standing in the back. We were over looked and never checked on. Unfortunately we will not be returning.
Tried to order over the phone stay on hold for over 45 minutes. Husband had left to pick up orders thinking it would be ready when he arrived. I could hear him in the background the person never came back to the phone to take my order bad customer service will not be going back. Helped other customers but left me on hold. I stayed on phone to see how long it would take she never came back 3/4/2022.
We went for dinner, entire restaurant was empty and the family that came in after us was seated right next to us. They proceeded to listen to some cartoon on a phone at full volume and when we asked to be moved cause it bothered us, the farthest the staff would move us was 2 booths from them. With literally every other table in the place open. Because “we don’t want to use any other section”

This was…. a ridiculous experience to say the least. I remember frequenting this ihop before it burnt down, and was excited to come back. The parking lot is completely dark, which makes it unsafe for guests dining in. The restaurant was nasty and unorganized — nothing like it used to be.We came at 6PM on a Saturday when it was completely empty pretty much and it took 20 minutes to seat us. We were told to sit anywhere. Our server took our order and then kind of disappeared…. The food came about thirty minutes later. Chaotic and not worth it. For the lack of people inside, the food could’ve been better. My pancakes weren’t even hot.
