No hostess to take your name when you come in and all of the wait staff ignore you while you're waiting to get in and will not make eye contact with you I suppose so that they won't have to assist you. One waitress came up to use the cash register for a customer finished eating and would not look at the line of people that had formed and were waiting just to be put on a wait list. When I said excuse me to her as she was leaving the front area she simply said someone will be there soon.If you work and have an hour for lunch DO NOT COME HERE. You'll never make it back on time and I got there at 11:30 am.
This location is very dated it needs more brighter lights inside the restaurant pretty dark and gloomy. I gave it a three-star because of the friendly waitress staff they have there. The food is okay although I did think their food was a little on the salty side but went back again today and it wasn't so salty. This restaurant definitely needs a remodel. Also to be more inviting have more lighting.
Good service. Always busy. Food wasn't all that great. Menu not that interesting.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at an iHop. It took almost an hour for our mediocre food. First, there was lipstick still on my glass cup. Second, there was a piece of hair in my eggs. Third, no one in the kitchen was wearing a mask, gloves, hair/beard net…. Oh, and the pancakes were not fully cooked. The only great things were the waitress (Rachel), the orange juice, and the coffee.
Long wait for food. Coffee served in dirty cups. Food served on dirty plates. There was no heat in the restaurant, my wife was freezing and so was I.
My sister, Sissy, and I went to IHOP on our moms first birthday since she passed March 2021. My sister would bring our mom to an IHOP or Dennys when I was working on her b/d and I'd meet them. We sure miss her.
When we got there, the back room had space heaters and cord all over the floor. The waitress was bring food out and tripped over them. The booth we sat in the seat was broken. Food took forever to come out. When it did my husband burger was so small didn't fit the bread nasty fries all ends, my eggs were not done clear yokes.. toast was barely cooked. Just an all out mess.
Ordered an omelette with onions, pepper, & mushrooms. The omelette was so thick & heavy, and I counted 3 small mushroom pieces. Onions & peppers were diced smaller than I thought possible. Not much of them, either.My husband's eggs were over cooked. Ordered over easy. Bacon was ok, pancakes cold when served.We waited 50 minutes for our breakfast. Not many patrons in restaurant to warrant almost an hour wait.Service was ok.When we asked server to give us change with some "ones', she stated they don't have any. Well, she & the food were not worth 5$, so she lost out.Place wasn't dirty, but messy.IHOP used to be decent here, not anymore.?
Worse experience by far. Called in an order and when I went to pick it up I wasn't greeted for almost 5 min. A customer tapped a worker and told her id neen waiting to which she responded she was busy. Acknowledgment wouldn't have stopped her from continuing her work. At this point I was frustrated and over this place. They also had several food orders sitting by the cash Register. When I told the manager that was unsanitary she said they do it all the time. I would never go back and wouldn't recommend to anyone else.
It was OK I guess, The restaurant needs a refurbishment. The furniture and fixtures are tired and worn out.The staff are quite nice and accommodating. The food was OK but the wait time was a little long in my opinion.
