4/07/22 Thursday night I understand the store is understaffed and the kitchen I only seen the manager and the young lady bri working super hard doing more then they should. And jazz is doing a great job keeping the girls on the floor together. But the rest of the store need to. Pick up the slack and I do feel like. The store need to be re-training in some areas and the girl look extremely stressed out and I did not feel welcome there
Not once but twice was my order not ready for pick up when ordered ahead. Each time resulted in a refund. However, that's not what was aimed for even though appreciated. The manager I spoke to the second time in person, excused the staff for error. Not even offering compensation until after I submitted a complaint Online. I love the food, but whoever runs this location needs to be fired.
Ladies were nice but never came to take our order. Was very disappointed because we were sat in a crowded area as well. Prices are high too just for drinks! Highway robbery!! Just wasn’t a good day I suppose.
Hooters is a good place to go and hangout with friends. The food is okay and the waitresses are good but some of the management does not treat customers or waitresses like they should. I've been a regular customer at Hooters for about 23 years and have always liked going back but lately it's not the same anymore.
Well worth stopping for . Outstanding service . Staff here are very friendly and clean . Restaurant is very clean and comfortable . Food was hot and plentiful . Prices are on part. If you are just coming in for lunch , or have a hot date you want to impress , here is a great option .
Past few times I've gone food has been good. This particular day service was subpar. Lauren's great, however her counterpart young Asian decent girl made it apparent she was aware I had been waiting over 20+ minutes for service. However, she still did not wait one me. Ended up leaving. I'll be back though because I like the shrimp and Lauren.
Cold and greasy. Server took good back and her and cook just looked at it and but the wing's back in the bowl and shuck them up put them back on the plate and brought the same ones back. When I asked about it she denied it. The fries were soggy and not the least bit hot. We've been coming to Hooters for 35 years this is probably the last time.
Terrible management. Food came out wrong the first time and proceeded to take an additional 50 minutes for a chicken sandwich and chilly cheese fries. Yes, just that. Management was unapologetic and did not give a single flying f. That same manager was preparing food BOH without a mask which I found very unprofessional. Restaurant was not busy. I regret not getting his name and quite honestly regret setting foot in this establishment. Nicole the bartender was a sweetheart and I think the only person that actually cared about what was happening.
My husband and I decided to visit this Hooters on 15 Jan for a late lunch/early dinner after a day of shopping. Right after sitting down, I had a feeling it wasn't going to be good. We sat in the bar area at a high-top table. We were seated right away but it was almost 10 mins for someone to come take our drink order. I ordered an iced tea and my husband ordered a beer. My tea came almost 5 mins after I placed the order but my husband's beer took almost another 10 mins. I'm not sure why because we were sitting right across from the bar where we could see the bartender NOT pouring his beer. The beer finally came but at this point, I had finished my sweet tea but no one had bothered to ask if I needed a refill or to take our food order. My husband had to ask someone to take our food order. The hooters girls that finally took our order said our waitress was busy so she was helping. At this point, 20 mins has passed before our food order was placed. While waiting one of the managers was walking around changing all the TVs to the football game. It was fine except he turned all the TVs to a very loud volume. We were sitting right under a tv and it was so loud it wasn't comfortable. With no food and no sweet tea refill, I was ready to go. Although My husband only drank 1/4 of his beer the Hooters manager made sure we were charged full price for the unacceptable service we received. We left to get food someplace else. Hooters...you need to do better.
Great food and great service.Payton our waitress was more than great . We had a party of 14 and she was awsome to all of us. I recommend that Payton gets a raise for all her hard work...
