I came in during lunch time. Place wasn’t busy so I was easily seated. Waitress seem to rush me for my drink order and gave me little time to look over the menu. The food is okay. I ordered two rolls that were spicy which seems like it’s just a roll with hot sauce thrown on top. My salmon-avocado roll was good. Unfortunately that was the only thing I ate. The soup tasted like water with zero flavor and a couple mushrooms in it. $40 spent and I ate one roll. Hard pass on any spicy rolls from this establishment. May give themA chance on their hibachi menu. We’ll see…

I don't like to leave negative reviews but tonight was horrible. If I could give them a negative 5 star I would!! These have to be the MOST rudest employees ever! The waitress was super rude, when asking about the drinks she skipped my dad twice, attempting to place food orders she skipped him AGAIN and ignored him while he was trying to order. When I mentioned it to her she started yelling and lunged at me yelling that she didn't skip him and the whole table heard it. We asked to speak to a manager and was greeted the same rudeness! She then said "well you can just leave" and was in agreement with the rude waitress. We won't be going there anymore and I will be sure to post EVERYWHERE about our experience tonight.

Very friendly staff, tho I did feel a bit rushed to be be seated to fill a table and order to catch up with the rest of the table. The place was clean and comfortable. We were a party of three and chose the hibachi grill. There's also a sushi room where you can order items table side. It was quite busy for a Tuesday night, you may want to get here early on a weekend evening. There was a complimentary soup and salad included with the entree; nothing special here, just bland filler. I went with with the shrimp and fried rice. I wasn't crazy about the spices cooked in with the rice, vegetables, and cabbage. The shrimp was great. The chef was really hard to understand. I will say, this was the first time I've seen the onion volcano with bubbling soy sauce lava. That was the highlight of the entertainment for me. A little on the pricey side considering price per value.

I just want to start off and say i always spend my money at this establishment whether its dine in or take out. But yesterday i had the worst experience ever! They were being rude the whole time, we didnt get checked on , and they tried to keep my change for my order. I was going to tip regardless though but i needed change, the owner threw the bill tab at me saying she didnt need my money, and everyone got extra food except me. Overall the service was really bad i felt as if they were discriminating or something and it made me feel as if i didn't belong.

First timers and a Great experience for my son's 14th birthday! It was busy but they still made us feel welcomed. The soup was amazing!! Our chef had a great sense of humor and our waitresses was pretty cool too considering the crowd. But the Amount of Food was top notch for the price we were pretty full by the time the chef came with the dinner entree, so leftovers were a definite.

This place is normally a family favorite. Except for tonight. The volcano roll that is supposed to come out hot was cold and almost halfway through the meal even though it was ordered with first drink. Refills of tea were very few and far between. The chef was Excellent and the hibachi delicious but the waitress was almost nonexistent. The couple sitting next to us were so disappointed in service they didn't eat and packed their food to go.

For this to be my first time, the experience wasn't that great. I had a party of 5 and was seated and served drinks, salad and soup, but had to wait an hour to get the actual entry. The cook had an attitude, cause the server took the orders incorrectly but took it out on us. The food was good, but the service wasn't what I expected.

This is our go to place. Spend many occasions here. I think we are like Platinum members. Great atmosphere, staff, cooks. The sushi is fab according to my kids

I was very impressed with this restaurant. I stopped in yesterday afternoon to inquire if they would be able to accommodate a large party around 8:45pm. I knew they closed at 9:30. They said yes. We were staying next door at the Hyatt while in town for a youth hockey tournament. Our game started late and we had a couple more added to our party. I called to let them know that we would be there a little after 9 and gave a final headcount (20). I wasn’t sure they would still let us come bc they would have to stay open late to serve us. They said they would wait for us. The food was delicious and the service was spot on. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the food and drinks. We really appreciate them taking care of us and staying later than their posted operating hours.

Went for lunch and was immediately seated. Server was fantastic and the chef was very good. Ordered filet mignon and scallops. Came with veggies and fried rice (and soup and salad). Filet mignon was cooked to perfection as were the scallops. Fried rice and the veggies were both very good. Portions were very large (unusually large compared to most places i've been at. Price was lower than i expected for the size servings and quality of the food. Definitely will go back!
