Always loved this place for years now. However I do understand the price hikes which is fine as long as the food is still just as good. Past couple times I have orderd have not been so good. Philly steaks are not the same and subs seem to have less meat than before. Like I said I will pay the extra to get the same as I always have but not to get less.

Food was good. The staff left something to be desired. As we approached the door the looks of disgust that they had customers approaching were so obvious I wanted to turn around and leave. My guy was really wanting to go there to eat. He’s ate there for many years and was excited to introduce me to the place. It was 30 minutes before the lobby closed so we decided before we went in to order to go. But we also asked when we got in to make sure it was ok to order and the snappy response that the lobby closed in 30 was uncalled for. The staff seems to have forgotten that the front of the building is made of glass and customers can very easily see them. I’ve never felt less welcomed at a place of business I’m my whole life.
Best pizza around, so good we travel from Yorktown several times a month just to come to Frank's!! Pizza, pasta, subs - you name it, you won't be disappointed! We love the staff and the new, updated space that they're obviously extremely proud of with how well kept it always is maintained! There's no where else my family (especially my NY born husband) would ever dream of going besides Frank's!!
I have been eating at Franks for a number of years now and they not only have the best but most consistent food and service no matter when I go in there. Their staff is always very friendly and accommodating, the environment is always very clean (& the new location is beautiful), and the food always always always hits the spot. It doesn’t matter if I want a sub, pasta or pizza, I go out of my way to go get it from Franks!!!
I’ve been going to Frank’s Pizza for years now and have had a great experience every time! The food is incredible, the staff is always friendly, and it’s an extremely clean environment. You can tell how much the owners and staff love the business and love their customers!

The current staff is very rude. It was great before the current owners took over. Had a dead roach on the sandwich wrapper and they refused to do anything. Overcharged my daugter and refused to make ice tea in the afternoon because they might not sell it all. I don't recommend Frank's because of the unfriendly staff.
As someone who lived in Brooklyn for quite a while, this place has some of the best pizza in the area. Their other entree and sandwich options are also very good. This is not chain delivery garbage, this is a legit pizza place. Do yourself a favor and pick up a real pizza from here next time you think about ordering from one of the big chains. Or try their classic Italian dishes, or traditional subs.
