My burgers were well prepared and though they just cooked my fries they were a little cold before I could get to my car.... I love 5 guys though and will return
Milkshake is runnier than water, fries are poorly seasoned but hot dog is on point

What I like about Five Guys is that the food is prepped and cooked as soon as you order. I also dig the free unlimited toppings to put on burgers. Their fries are amazing too. Next time, I think I might try a milkshake.
Tasty as eversince and expensive as eversince. Got a largw fries ans i was hoping alot od fries but it seems theyve cut back a bit. Maybe its just my bad luck. Still a good experience.
FIVE Guys is my go to when I want an awesome burger. The food was good and they manage to remain consistent there. But they need.to MAINTAIN their level of service they forgot my milkshake and I had to ask them for it. Yes let's just pay attention to detail Guys.
Did not meet my expectations. A bacon cheese burger, small fries, and tea for $17 plus tax. Burger no better than a few other places. Fries ok and so very many, I would've liked the option for a smaller portion yet. I don't think it was worth the price. I would've rather have had a sitdown meal somewhere else.
Stopped in to experience the place and food. Food portion is too much for light eaters. My biggest negative on this visit was the “sticker shock”! Very very pricey ($22 for a cheeseburger/fry/shake). Will I come back? Probably not….just not worth that much price increase.
Way too expensive for what you get. $17 and some change for a double hamburger and medium fries. Got home and realized they put cheese on the burger, called back and asked for a replacement. Went back and got a burger that was in several pieces. Never got an apology or an offer for more fries, since they were cold. The customer service and quality of food has definitely declined.
