friendly staff great food

I love this restaurant chain in general. I've been to this particular location only twice and both times were curbside. Very easy to execute and friendly staff. Will be back!

It's been a while since I have been to a five guys and they have always been a little pricey but the burgers used to be amazing. And when you ordered fries it was a huge amount of fries that no single person could finnish. Today I went to the Five Guys on Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake and spent $69.70 for 3 bacon cheeseburgers 1 little cheeseburger 1 large fry and 4 small drinks. Absolutely not worth it. IMHO the Cookout right down the street is much better and 1/3 the cost. The burgers were not as good as I remember and a large frie was just the cup full not the cup overflowing into the bag like it used to be. For almost $8 I expect to get the bag full of fries like they used to give you. And for $70 I expect alot better food. The employees were very nice and the place was clean but I will not return. To pay that much for fast food is just rediculouse.

Absolutely delicious ?. The best hamburger you can get at a fast food chain. However it is totally expensive. One bacon cheese hamburger cost me $14.04 with tax. WOW. I didn't taste the fries but I am sure they would be great too.

When I tell you, Five Guys if a little pricey, they are. It's gonna cost you some money. It's well worth it though. It's not your run oh the mill burger place. They put effort into those burgers and fries. They are soooo good. Great customer service! Excellent!

Usually a really good place to eat but last time we ordered they totally goofed up mine and my wife's order. N we ordered online might have been the reason ?.

The food was good but a bacon cheese burger, a soda, and a small fry costs $20 with tax. For 1 person. Just me at a table BY MYSELF COST $20. I think the toppings are still free but I got a pretty basic cheese burger, the only thing outside the norm of lettuce, tomatoe, pickle and grilled onions was grilled mushrooms, so maybe that costs extra now? IDK, but it was a weird experience. It's the best burger but IDK if really going to pay that again, at least not for a while. Maybe just buy the cheeseburger, bring your own drink, no fries?

Can't go wrong. Always the same, you know what to expect. They were a bit busy and the staff apologized multiple times for the wait. That was refreshing

I know everything is fresh, but is it worth the price? I give 4 stars because the burgers taste great. I didn't give Five Stars to Five Guys because of how expensive it is. But as long as you're willing to pay $10.39 for a Cheeseburger and $6.69 for a large fry, then you'll get a great tasting meal, albeit for a high price.

Absolute 10 star service. I am a complete IDIOT and I was not fully paying attention when I made an online order and paid with my card (for the 21st street location in Norfolk) when I showed up to the Battlefield Blvd location to pick up my order, clearly they had no knowledge of it. They still made my order on the spot and said they would take care of it. I truly appreciate your customer service and apologize for my ignorance.
