Ate here on a whim while we were nearby and we were so impressed! The prices are lower than we’re used to and the portion sizes were generous.Last, but most importantly the food was DELICIOUS! Would definitely recommend.

The meal was a great meal! Presented well, hot and not too long of a wait. Staff was courteous. The table was really far from the seats in all booths but I have found that to be pretty common with Mexican restaurants in the past few years. Price of the food was the normal for eating out these days. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a solid meal without breaking the bank.

Wife has been interested in this place for awhile so she picked up something a couple days ago.. beef nachos tbh were on a Taco Bell grade.might have been the worst nachos I’ve ordered from a “Mexican” restaurant in Chesapeake.wife wasn’t pleased either she didn’t even finish her fish tacos. And after trying new place we usually say to each other “well.what you think?” Her reply “I don’t think we’ll try them again”. And I agree.

A friend I hadn't seen in a while suggested it and we went there. She really likes it there and the food. It was very casual and nice. I did not realize they were there. The food was good and the staff were very friendly and stood and talked to us awhile. We sat and chatted and caught up on what's been going on and they offered several times to fill our glasses. I'll go back.

The food here is so good! I had never tried goat before. The dish was so tender and delicious. The pork is also very good. My wife loves the grilled chicken quesadilla and refried beans. She cannot eat meat and was thrilled to find that the refried beans, one of her favorite comfort foods, are prepared with oil, not lard. We dine here every week or so. The owners and staff are super friendly and attentive. You will not be disappointed!

Salsa is so good and prices are pretty good too! My new favorite taco spot

The service was fantastic! Prices are reasonable. Loved our waiter. Clean and fast. My reasoning for 3 stars is because the red enchilada sauce is made with cinnamon. I smelled it immediately and the taste threw me all the way off. I couldn’t eat the main dish of my meal. The rice and beans were delicious, and my husband liked his chicken enchiladas with green sauce. The tacos are good, too. The cinnamon though…it just doesn’t taste right.

The beef had a weird taste like cinnamon or something sweet. Spent the rest of the night on the toilet.

Great authentic food and staff were very noce

I liked the old place better atmosphere is not nearly as cool, my food was great my friend not so much chicken in taco salad tasted like it came right out of can. Margaritas were good.
