I walked into their store this morning and they refused to serve me and I had cash. They said I had to order using their App. But I couldn't look at the menu on the wall behind their heads, place an order at the cash register and pay with cash. They wouldn't accept that. Attitude on top of that. So I left. And I will NEVER go back to this store, ever again. Worst customer service experience I've ever had.

I use to come to this location every morning and order for pick up in the beginning every order was made correctly but my last 5 orders have been messed up. I order a M/L caramel cold brew w/ sweet cold foam and the last 2 times I haven't received caramel, or sweet cold foam. I came one morning at 630 and due to management not opening the store staff was running extremely late. Staff was awesome they always try to help me with everything need but i don't always have time to go back to get them to fix my order. I hate that i now have to go back to Strbucks because they'll actually get my order right. You should really think about changing your management team at this location.

Honestly this is the worst Dunkin in the area. They refuse to turn off their mobile order but when you get there they force you to sit in the mile long drive thru line because half their staff called out and they wrote a sloppy note to tape to the door closing the inside. Can't blame the workers, it's clearly a management issue because multiple people don't typically call out unless they are treated poorly. The last time I came in for a mobile order and waited over 30 minutes. The people who showed up were trying their best, but how can 3 people run a drive thru and counter? I contacted corporate who sent my complaint to the store manager, but of course I heard nothing back. Worst store in the area. Go to Battlefield, they can handle this mess.

The past two times that I’ve been to this Dunkin right after I get off work at 6 o’clock its been terrible. The first time I go to order my latte for one it took them forever to answer the drive-through. Then when they did it seem like they did not want to work at all. I told them my latte order, and they told me they were cleaning machines and they cannot make lattes for the rest of the night. So i left and took my business somewhere else.Today I go there and sit in the drive-through for a little bit over five minutes there’s nobody in line but nobody goes to take my order as I am leaving I look and they are two people standing by the window with a headset on. But no one took my order. Makes me regret even using my gas to get over there to get terrible service.I will not be returning to this dunkin

This Dunkin’ used to be VERY slow and inefficient. Always out of everything. Recently under new management and he has turned the place around. It was fairly busy and Drive thru was very quick (before you were waiting at LEAST 15 minutes even when there was only a few cars) and my order was CORRECT. Coffee is made the same each time now. Before you never really knew what you were going to get. I didn’t get his name but he’s doing a great job.

This is the nearest DD I have and have been coming since 1.5 yrs and never liked it and the reason being staff was very rude, no smiles plus bad coffee everytime and made faces if asked to customize. BUT TODAY FOR THE FIRST TIME I HAD THE BEST CUSTOMIZED COFFEE MADE AND STAFF WAS VERY NICE. Angie AND LIZ were my gals today who made me to like this location DD again. I am definitely going to go to this location during their service hours.

I love Dunkin and always have but this location makes it impossible to keep going there. I’ve been a handful of times throughout the year and have been turned away at least 3 times because they aren’t ready to open the inside around 9am. Their mobile app almost never works correctly and if I am able to order from it, I still have to wait close to 20 min for my drink once I get there. I completely understand being short staffed but they are never nice about it. I typically order decaf when I go and almost every time they try and make it regular brew, then give me a ton of attitude when I politely be like hey I actually ordered decaf. Like what lol just be nice.

Every time I go to this Dunkin, I regret it. Usually it’s the customer service. I understand wait times and being busy and I never complain about that, but if you are going to have a horrible attitude on top of that? It is unacceptable. I have had several instances where the food was burnt, they didn’t secure my coffee lids, they gave me the wrong drinks or just tried to tell me that I didn’t order something on the app even though I paid for it. I stopped going here for months and finally went today because I was in a hurry. I will say that the customer service was better, but the drink I got myself was god-awful. The powder wasn’t mixed in, it was sitting on top of the drink. They didn’t give me a straw either, I luckily had an extra in my car. I don’t understand paying $7 for a drink to look and taste like this (pics attached) I usually don’t even order for me, I order for an elderly couple and happened to get myself a drink today. Otherwise Dunkin wouldn’t get my business. Do yourself a favor and go to the store on North Battlefield!

I left a 1 star review 2 weeks ago and this past weekend took another chance. Well what a difference. This last visit was great, the line moved quickly and the coffee was great. Hopefully things are improving.

I love Dunkin, but this location is always out of something on any given day. Since the location seems popular, at least keep it well stocked. Horrible service, and long wait times. This location needs a complete overhaul and redo. I'd give negative stars if I could. Par for the course in Hampton Roads, VA.
