Wow.... So we stopped by here to get a drink and the dining room was closed. It was around 3pm. They were pointing to go through the drive-thru We ordered 2 refreshers and some munchkins and the lady asked me what my order was again 4 times. We get to the window and they don't tell me my total and give me the drinks which were pure syrup... They didn't add the water. Then I asked to purchase a reusable cup and they told me to hold on went to grab a wrapped one then proceeded to hand me a cup with no tag. I asked to have the tag and they said it didn't have one... Worst experience at a dunkin I have had!! Employees lazy and not trained.
Good for drinks, out of donuts...Ordered a drink and 2 donuts through the app. Drink was fine. But they were out of the donuts I had ordered. I was able to replace them with 1 of the 3 options they had left but seriously, how are you almost out of donuts at 10am? This isn't the first time this has happened either and it's majorly disappointing.
I have ordered the same drink every time I go. They have left the flavoring out 3 separate times. Too busy talking to themselves. Not paying attention to customers. Horribly understaffed! A superior value to Starbucks....if they could only get it right!!!!!
The lady over the intercom for the checkout was ridiculously rude! She also completely butchered our order. I'm never going to this location again
The coffee was great. The young lady at the drive thur window was not very friendly. Maybe she is stressed out. She needs so retaining on customer service.
They are literally ALWAYS out of something! The first time I went here they were out of donuts, yep.. dunkin donuts was out of donuts. Everytime I've been since they're out of certain donuts, out of the sweet cold foam for the drink I want... always out of something.
So this is the second time this happened wjch tells me there rather being really lazy or just doing this on purpose I ordered MINT TEA. Can someone please explain how grean tea is mint tea and I call not only do you have an attitude and tell me you made the mint tea but you made the wrong tea and tried to get out of it with an attitude which is unprofessional do your jobs right people we pay you money to get our orderes right not the other way around ??????
I'll always love Dunkin Donuts but real donut shops like Duck donuts are really amazing ?. Dunkin on Western Branch Blvd has wonderful friends that recognize you every time. ❤️
Rude person there should not be working with the public! Donuts have gone downhill since I last visited a Dunkin Donuts.
