This is the worst Dunkin’ period. They never have any of the donuts that they are known for. I went there today saw at least 4 workers there and two standing around doing nothing and was told they are too understaffed to make anything other than donuts and coffee. Was told they have no plans on making hot food anytime soon. They never have munchkins. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. I have never had a good experience here.
Ordered half dozen donuts with 4 strawberry sprinkle, but opened the box up when we got home a half hour later and they gave us 4 chocolate sprinkles instead. Some people are allergic to chocolate, so this is a big no-no for me. Their matcha lattes are also lacking compared to other dunkin donuts (not as strong). We just go to this one because we live in North Carolina and is the closest to our house being a half hour drive. We will be checking the box from now on or quitting the dunkin life.
Went to DD drive thru for an order but did not hear the attendent. I repeatedly said hello but no response and assumed the microphone was not working. Therefore, I continued to the window and stated the issue. However, the drive-thru attendent was extremely rude and said go around to the drive thru and place the order. As a result from the idiocic and unprofessional response, I did not repeat the attempt to order. The better response was to not lay blame on the customer and state "sorry for the inconvenience but maybe there might of been an issue with the microphone, can you please attempt to place the order again". If that was the response I would of attempted to order again. Need to teach these young folks some manners in customer hospitality.
I literally just got home from Dunkin and work. I ordered a medium hot Macha latter and I got a nasty coffee with Macha powder on the top of the lid. I called 4 times and got no answer. Thank you guys for messing up my order and not answering. I live in Moyock and work in Norfolk at 3 am everyday. I am not driving back but thanks for answering me.
I went up there and ordered three coffees and a chai latte... one French vanilla cold brew with cold foam cream and sugar ... a signature salted Carmel iced latte and a hazelnut ice coffee with cream and sugar... we get the coffees and the first two had no cream or sugar and the signature Carmel had no whip cream and tasted horrible. I had kids in the car and sent in two of my friends to get them remade. They refused and said they would only remake the two and add whip cream to the Carmel latte and if I wanted the third remade it would be full price... I go inside because at this point I’m mad I spent 15$ on coffees that were horrible and I come every morning. They stood there and argued with me say they don’t have a manager on duty and refused to give me a contact number. Then when I said I don’t agree with paying full price 5$ for a coffee I just paid 5$ for the man up front argued with me over the price saying the coffee was only 4.89 (and without tax) so 5$ like I said. It took 10 min or more to FINALLY get what we ordered
Wow. My change was 0.75 cents. I gave her a penny so that she could give me 0.75 cents. She gave me 0.73 cents as a change. I tried to explain to her...she is not good at math. I left not making a big deal for 2 cents as these people don't know how to count.
used the app ordered seven minutes before I arrived at the store still had to wait five more minutes for them to complete the order unable to use the cash register at the front to buy gift cards and the line for drive-through backed all the way up to Walmart there was no way for them to give me gift cards will never shop at Dunkin again
Whoever josh is that works the window is rude and incompetent when it comes to basic math. Shorted us our change and had an attitude when corrected about it.
It's the munchkins for me and I had a pretty decent cold coffee from there recently.
