Younger male with glasses is just RUDE, plain and simple. I just moved to the area and after the first visit I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Well today there was an issue with my order and I understand the customer may not always be right but this SERVICE PROVIDER could learn a little about customer service. I will be taking my business to another DD, convenience is not worth the RUDE service.
Dunkin is really going down in quality. I ordered 2 wraps and they were okay. However, I ordered hashbrowns and only got 5 of them in the bag. Then I got 3 donuts for my kids and all of them were old and dry. Gross.
This place has absolutely no good customer service. Placed an online order that was delivered incomplete. Called the store and was willing to go pick up missing items ourselves. Store refused to correct this and placed the blame on the driver. Any other business that knows how to run a good quality business would have immediately corrected this and they didn’t. Never ordering or going here again.
Worst Dunkin I've ever been to, bagel was stale and had the smallest amount of cream cheese I've ever seen on a bagel, the donuts had the frosting melted off. On top of some of the slowest service I've ever seen. This was our second or third time going to this location and we have had similar experiences every time.
Terrible food! Ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and what I got was more like a stale bagel with a hint of cream cheese!
With only 2 cars in front of me (one ordering and the other turning the corner) it still took 23 minutes to get 1 cup of tea. I watched the service truck take 4 loads in the back door with the door open the entire time and a speed rack of donuts in the doorway while they went back and forth. To top it off, I got to work and took the tea bag out of my tea. There was all sorts of little debris floating in it. Nasty and it always takes too long here. I won't be back.
Bought a Egg and Cheese Crossiant with butter and they charged me $2.79 for the butter. No other Dunkin Donuts charges for butter at all. No one even mentioned if I am ok being charged extra for the butter. Asked for large hot coffee and they filled it half way. It was drive thru. Definetly check your order before drive off.
I stopped for coffee and a donut in the morning. The drive through was busy, but the inside was empty. My order was taken quickly and fulfilled in a timely manner. The donut tasted a little old. It was okay, but tasted more like a gas station or store bought donut. It very wasn’t the greatest, but it’s what you would expect from a Dunkin’. The visible area of store appeared clean.
Asian dude with the glasses is so rude. I get cut off in the drive thru because I wanted to look at the new winter menu. Starbucks would honestly never treat their customers like this. Go to Starbucks a strip over they have a similar holiday menu. Minus the attitude. Guess what they're also only a minute away from this Dunkin too, so you're not really going out of your way. Also the prices arent really as different as they used to be.
My food was fine but I think in the rush of preparing orders, my coffee cup was a little messy and didn't have the little cover over the drink hole. This is the second time I've gotten my coffee brought to me this way. Ot
