We got charged an extra $1 on the sourdough when ordering a sandwich. there was nothing posted on the menu that we would be charged an extra dollar. that's like 20% extra on a sandwich price. had we known we would have chosen another selection. manager was not around for clarification. we also got charged 50 cents for a cup of water without the cashier telling us ahead of time. we feel we got ripped off. the food and drinks we ok but they really should update their price menus
i wish i could give 0 stars. i just gotta tell y'all to stay away from this store. they serve old donuts and moldy beverages. they serve nasty back of the freezer ice cream. the fruit flies love to breed on the donuts and in the crevices of the deteriorating store. they don't clean regularly and they use dirty dishes to make your food and drinks. if u want a stomach ache then go ahead and waste your money here.

This location sucks sooo BAD! It's terrible how slow their employees work and the management represents the company. Hopefully one day robots replace them all to deliver the hard working citizens of America what they deserve. Good food at a better pace. PATHETIC!
We're here at 5:10pm and they close at 6 and the girl has the door locked and she's already covered the donuts.

Had a female employee, all in the front,where the orders were being taken, complaining about her boyfriend, and the pay and then, took a phone call, walked into the dining area, raising her voice, arguing with her boyfriend on phone.Totally, not us, the customers biz, and not wanting to hear her biz,in our visit.
Came here for a icecream cake from Baskin and Robins.
No drive thru and the parking lot is narrow and crowded. Donuts tasted a little stale.
I had a larger order with all the items different. My order was correct the first time in a reasonable time frame.
