the workers never talk to you at the window.the drinks are made wrong 90% of the time.workers have an attitude when you ask them to fix the drink the way it's SUPPOSED to be made.you leave with a bitter taste in your mouth from the coffee and experience. i'd find another coffee shop ~
I love Dunkin’ but the staff at this location are so unfriendly! Twice I’ve been through the drive-thru and the same rude girl gave me my food. It’s a very unpleasant experience to go to this location.
I went there today to get me an iced coffee. They did coffee very quickly and I also got a custard-filled donut ?. I would give them five stars, but the iced coffee had a lot of ice in it. I would have, of course, rather had more coffee than ice. But it was a good tasting coffee and a good tasting donut.
Can’t go inside to order plus they are always running of donuts. Had to go drive thru, only to discover that they are out of pumpkin donuts. Then when I get to the window to pay they dropped the order. So I got got the suggested apple cider donut……. DAY OLD DONUTS….NOT FRESH…. This place is horrible
they’ve messed up my order twice now, and one of them was even a mobile order. it’s not that hard reading from a screen. also the drinks taste really bad, almost like they barely blended it. it’s extremely watered down and i can still feel the sugar grains at the bottom. would not recommend at all.
The baristas made a drink for me that was not what I ordered. I was the only person in line so I pointed it out to the person at the drive thru window. We chatted about what I ordered, what he thought I wanted, and what the menu actually says and I finally asked him - how would you prefer me to order this drink in the future? He told me and I said OK and he said he'd remake the drink for me. Another barista in the store made the drink for me and brought it to the window. When he handed it to me, I said 'thank you so much - I appreciate you' and he said 'you are not welcome' and closed the window. With customer service on that level, they don' t need my daily order. Really disappointed, Dunkin'.
Ice tea half and half was good. Dont bother with the apple cider doughnuts!!! They were not apple cider at all. Disappointed.
The staff are always extremely friendly and I understand if you’re not able to take orders inside and as well as drive through. However, making people who have mobile orders wait 10+ minutes in the drive through to pick up their order that’s paid for and likely already made is ridiculous.As for the lobby being closed, I saw 3 different people try the door and leave because they don’t have the time to sit in this drive through.
Coffee was made okay, but the pumpkin muffin I got wasn't cooked all the way, the inside was still doughy.
I would give this store negative stars if I could. I am a regular customer at this location but within the past couple months the service I have experienced is horrible!! The employees are the rudest around. Always giving you an attitude or not even addressing that you are in the store or at the window. Today when I walked in the only thing that was said to me was that I need a mask and then I informed them that I did not have one and then Asia, one of the employees who has always been rudest employee there, straight up ignored me and walked away. While I had still not even been asked why I was there. I stood there being ignored by her and another female employee then finally someone came to ask what was wrong and I told them the name for my mobile which he ignored and continued to yell at me again for not having a mask which I was so annoyed I said I wasn’t leaving until I got my food since there are no signs in the store, no mandate in va or they were not providing them. He says “I’ll give it to you this time but never again.” WORST CUSTOMER SERICE EVER
