Overall just poor service!
No consideration for anyone's time.
I come here every morning for coffee on the way to work and they are always working so hard and trying to get everyone served quickly during rush hour. They are helpful and friendly and the rare occasions that something needs corrected, they fix it without a problem and the man who is the morning manager is always awesome.
It was early morning and the donuts were very cold. I also ordered a hot chocolate. There was only one person in line behind me and the guy proceeded to serve her and make me wait until he was done for a plain hot chocolate that only needed to be poured in a cup.
Great coffee but service needs work.
I went in for an interview and was offered a job on the spot and called a few days later just to be told they don't remember offering me the job. I turned down a job due to being told I was hired then to find out I was lied to. Very disappointed in the way this company did me.
This has to be THE WORST DD in town! They were out of more than half of the menu ... we kept getting "sorry we're out, sorry we're out of that too" . The other day we went through the drive through around 8am and they were closed!! There was a long line of cars and there was no one at this location. With this type of service, you won't stay open very long.
Since this brand new Dunkin Donuts on Volvo Parkway in Chesapeake, Virginia is on my way to Indian River High School, I am often tasked with ordering food for students and colleagues. Educators are always holding meetings for clubs and activities or team building exercises, so it is essentially part of my weekly routine.
