From my daughter:“I announce this Duck Donuts donut a solid 8/10. This donut was generously and evenly coated in cinnamon sugar. Additionally, it had a nice dallop of peaches and cream on the top if it. Despite being an uncommon combination for a donut, it was most definitely delicious. The sweet taste of the cinnamon sugar was balanced out with the refreshing peaches and cream on the top, which is ultimately a good thing, for overly sweet donuts are far too bold for my liking. Furthermore, the texture of the donut was absolutely superb. The outside was firm enough to hold without having to fret about it collapsing in your hands like a badly made Sloppy Joe sandwich. The middle of the donut was soft to the touch, allowing the chewing of the donut to be easy and smooth. However, despite the mouthwatering, finger-licking aspects of this wonderful donut, it was rather messy. The coating of the brown sugar would get stuck to my lips and fingertips, which caused discomfort after each bite. Moreover, the peaches and cream on top of the donut fell off every now and then after biting into it, which caused me to have to pick it up with my already messy cinnamon sugar coated fingertips. The untidiness is what drops ranking from a 10/10 to an 8/10; however, it was not enough to say it was a donut that I did not enjoy. Overall, ‘twas a lovely donut. I would in fact eat again and recommend.”
Was recommended to come here by coworkers, and after they gave me a donut from here, it didn’t take much convincing. The donuts here are to die for! Sooo delicious and so many options. Be weary of the prices, you can easily spend a whole paycheck here with all their glorious and creative options.

I placed my order online and arrived early to wait for my pickup time. They never once called my name. Instead they call out #99 which wasn't my number because all I had was a 12 digit plus number. I the young man finally came close enough for me to ask about my order because now its 10 minutes past my pickup time. He asked my name and I gave it to him, he looked and said I need a name. I said "I told you my name is Robyn". The other work then grabbed my order and handed it to me. Wasn't offered to approve my order just like they offered everyone else was. Absolutely horrible customer service at 4:30 in the afternoon.
My sister ordered a $150 donut wall for our youngest sister’s bridal shower 2 months before the event. I went to pickup the order, but they had no record of it. They tried to tell me it was not their fault. They said they change managers so often that they have no records of ANY preorders. So they made me pay for 2 dozen donuts for the bridal shower, even though it was their mistake.Moral of the story: Do not preorder from them. They will loss it.
Duck Donuts is really good and usually pretty fresh, my girls love them. I’ve ordered from this specific location on Battlefield Blvd a bunch of times in the past, they’ve messed up my order a couple times but it was never a big deal. ? Well this morning they messed up my order and unfortunately the person I ordered it for doesn’t eat sausage so I called and asked if they could remake it being as though I don’t live far… I shouldn’t have done that! ? I originally ordered two bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches and they gave me two sausage egg and cheese sandwiches instead… after picking up the remade order, we discovered it to be poorly put together, hardly any bacon on it and someone’s hair is in it! ? Absolutely disgusting. I’ll never order from here again.
