Very disappointed in how this store has gone downhill. We are long term customers, and the last several times we have used them have been disappointing. One evening, I placed an order at 6:30 p.m. with a 30 min delivery time, only for it to arrive at 9 p.m., and only after I called twice to follow up. The next time, I placed an order at 1 p.m. for a 5:30 delivery time, it didn't arrive until after 7. Again, I had to call for a follow up. This was literally after placing the order four and a half hours before the requested delivery time. The final straw was when I arrived for a pick up order at 4 pm on a Sunday, just to be told when I walked in the door that they were not taking any orders. Luckily, I had already placed an order. Managers have explained that they don't have the staff to fulfill their orders, and I know they are doing their best. It's just sad that a store that used to have fantastic service is struggling so bad to stay afloat.

Terrible describes the situation… ordered food at 7 :45 Pm they didn’t start prepping it by 9:07 I believe. Was delivered around 9:48pm… then driver calls me with slick tone saying where’s address located..when the address was there as I always put… I understand food service can be difficult and stressing at times I’ve been there done that for yrs.. but never when it was my fault I took it out on the customer.that being said I definitely won’t be bringing my hard earned cash back to that establishment maybe another franchise not certain but the one off Eden way I’ll pass… not only about delivery time but the food wasn’t so great either .. I know it’s domino’s so don’t expect pizza from Italy type standards,but even by fast food standards it wasn’t so good..

I have tried ordering twice now and both times they have voided my order because they are closing early. The first time they called when I placed an order. The second time they didn’t call. Went to pick up my order and the employees were actively making orders. Girl at the front said they voided my order because they are closing early.... don’t recommend.

Cancel my order said they didn't have any drivers. they also said they placed the phone call to let me know. I did not get a phone call

We ordered a cheese pizza and was delivered a sausage and pepperoni pizza (we don't even eat pork). My son called them and was told the managers are too busy to speak with him and they will just give him a credit. No we don't want a credit we want our pizza. He was told it would be considered a new order and they are not delivering right now. How is it a new order when they messed up the delivery. I called myself and read told the same thing. I asked for the number to corporate and was told she was just a delivery driver and didn't have the number. my only option if I wanted to speak to a manager was to just hold until one was available she there was no timeframe on when that may be mind you we had already been dealing with this for almost an hour. I would not recommend or order from them again.

I ordered delivery around 3:10 pm. Didn’t get the pizza until 5:pm. The food was cold burnt and soggy was not able to enjoy it. What a waste .. I don’t believe they send this pizza out ?

Perfection. I mean exceptional. Always satisfied when we visit this location, but today. WoW! Just Wow! Keep up the good work, team.

Long story short the app was showing my food was delivered and it wasn't. I called Dominos and they tried to say I entered the wrong address. I checked my app and I had entered the right address. Then they changed the story & said the pizza was never delivered at all. The "manager" was rude as hell. He didn't even want to let me speak. Mistakes happen all the time in the service industry and that's okay. But when the mistake is on the company, you need to be prepared to apologize and correct the issue. Not talk over someone, get defensive and belittle them. He never even apologized, just kept speaking over me. I understand why they are short staffed & don't have many drivers. I wouldn't want to work with someone like that either.

Worst dominos I have ever been to. There food is definitely not made to standards and top of that, they gift extra meat in your food which is insects or flies. Yes you heard that right, my pasta had flies in it. On top of it, there customer service is pathetic then there food.To my surprise, this is a corporate store. If this is how corporate store works, then I am not going to entertain dominos again. Never going to buy another pizza from dominos ever again.

I CAME THERE TO PICK UP MY ORDER... AS IM PAYING FOR MY PIZZA I NOTICED THAT ALL OF THE WORKERS PREPARING THE FOOD, NONE OF THEM WEREN'T WEARING GLOVES! ITS A PANDEMIC & I AM NOT OK WITH STRANGERS PREPARING MY FOOD FOR MY SON & I TO NOT WEAR GLOVES... ITS UNSANITARY & NOT OK. THEY TRIED TO BLAME IT ON THE CDC & I STILL DONT TRUST IT & IM STILL NOT OK WITH IT... I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! AND TO ADD TO THIS, THEY GAVE ME 2 OLD PIZZAS! ? THE MANAGER DIDNT CARE!
